Review: I love stories like "Wayne's Dead." A quick but effective read. Easy to relate to and the plot so real it could very well be a nonfiction! If you are into compelling stories that has you eagerly turning the pages then this is the book for you. I enjoyed the writing style of this new writer and I look forward to reading more of her work in the near future. Congrat's Ms. French on a wonderful second outing.

Summary: A Book Worthy of Recognition
Review: A coworker recommended this book to me after reading it, and I have to tell you, I almost didn't make it through the first chapter, which was very disturbing but also gave background as to the serial killer and the psychology behind the murders. I'm glad I read the rest of the book - it's a great book, one that reads quickly, written in a style I like with real-life dialogue, characters that seem more than just characters in a book, and forensics that came across as factual. If you'd like to try a new author that reads better than most, try French.

Review: Wayne's Dead by Christy French is a book that i have no trouble recommending. It is a real page turner. A book that has it all, action, romance, mystery, and suspense. It is a short read, which i like because i have such little time to spend on a book these days. If you are like me and love to read compelling stories of murder and suspense then this is the book for you.

Review: This is a book my mom had ordered and liked, so I thought I'd give it a try, not really expecting anything since I didn't know of the author. I'm glad I did because reading "Wayne's Dead" peeked my interest in forensic science. I'm a college student who hasn't declared a major, but thanks to this great book, I now know which direction I want to go. Thanks, Ms. French, for such an interesting, educational book, and helping me make a decision that has been hanging over my head.

Review: "Wayne's Dead" by French is one of those thrillers where you think you have it figured out, then you think you don't, then you think you do. I thought this was a great book. The premise was fantastic. Liked the characters, forensics aspect and psychological twist. Only thing I didn't like was the book wasn't long enough - I wanted more! I applaud this author for a job well-done.

Review: Wayne's Dead by Christy French gets my vote for "Book Of The Year." Very unique subject matter "M.P.D." A lot of writer's have tried to write the perfect murder mystery creating stories around muti-personalities, but none (in my opinion) have been able to get their point across as colorfully as this writer has. GREAT NOVEL!

Review: You know I really like this new writer a lot! I think Ms. French's writing style can easily be compared to Ms. Evanovich, Ms. Blackstock, or Ms. Hooper. I don't know about most readers, I can only speak for myself, but I believe there is always room in the publishing field for another new writer with skills, and I think Ms. French certainly has a lot of that, skill I mean. A new talent that I for one look forward to seeing around for a long time to come. I look forward to her next book with mounting anticapation.

Review: Wayne's Dead by Christy French, is a chilling story about a female serial killer. The story was so suspenseful I was literally glued to my chair for the entire evening. Thank goodness the book is a short read and I finished it before it got too late, or perhaps I would have been late for work the next morning. I enjoyed the characters in this book a lot. They were well-developed and very believable.
