Summary: A GOOD BOOK
Review: This was a great book, one that kept you reading, and waiting for the next page. The author is fantastic. If you want to read a book that goes straight to your heart, read Stolen Moments by Barbara Jeanne Fisher. . .It is a beautiful story of unrequited love. . .for certain the love story of the nineties. I intended to give the book a quick read, but I got so caught up in the story that I couldn't put the book down. From the very beginning, I was fully caught up in the heart-wrenching account of Julie Hunter's battle with lupus and her growing love for Don Lipton. This love, in the face of Julie's impending death, makes for a story that covers the range of human emotions. The touches of humor are great, too, they add some nice contrast and lighten things a bit when emotions are running high. I've never read a book more deserving of being published. It has rare depth. Julie's story will remind your readers that life and love are precious and not to be taken for granted. It has had an impact on me, and for that I'm grateful. Stolen Moments is written with so much sensitivity that it made me want to cry. It is a spellbinder. What terrific writing. Barbara does have an exceptional gift! This book was edited by Lupus specialist Dr. Matt Morrow too, and has the latest information on that disease. ..A perfect gift for someone who started college late in life, fell in love too late in life, is living with any illness, or trying to understand a loved one who is. . .A gift to be cherished forever.

Summary: An incredible listen!
Review: The abridged audio addition performed by Carolyn McCormick was thoroughly enjoyable. McCormick has a hypnotizing deep soft voice that can make your brow sweat as she narrates the description of a hot day in a Southern town. Nora Roberts ability to write and Carolyn McCormick's ability to tell make this a great listen. Don't count on getting much work done; I found myself sitting in front of the cassette player listening intently.

Summary: Nora's Best to Date!
Review: I'm going to go out on a limb and say that as far as I'm concerned, this is Nora's best book to date. Tucker Longstreet is one of the most charming, likeable, sympathetic heroes in the history of romance fiction. Give us more like this one, Nora!

Review: Up to Nora's standards. A great read. Hard to put down

Summary: Loved it! Give me more.
Review: I am a big Nora Roberts fan and have read most of her books. This one held me from the very beginning to the surprizing end. A must read for Nora fans.

Summary: A truly exciting book!
Review: I think this is one of her best books till now. I loved Tucker,he is gorgeous, dangerous, and has a whacky sense of humour. What more could a gal ask for? I'm incredibly jealous of Caro as Tucker calls her... shes smart, beautiful and a survivor as most of Nora's heroines. What I really liked about this book was that Nora gets into Tuckers head beautifully and makes you fall head over heels with this hunk! This book gave me a divine sense of well-being which lasted for days. Keep it up, Nora.

Summary: Very Readable
Review: I have read a few of Nora Robert's books and enjoyed them. This one was no exception. Nora Roberts once again combines romance, mystery, intrigue and even humour in a compelling story. Her characters had just that - character. The ending of this one is a bit of a surprise. I would definitely recommend this book.

Summary: Give us more!
Review: I have read many of Nora Roberts' books and loved most of them, but this stands out even amongst her best work. The secondary characters are all incredibly well developed, and Tucker Longstreet is one of the most charming heroes she's ever written. I'd love to see more along this line.

Summary: One terrific book!!!
Review: I don't think I have enjoyed a book more since I read Sanctuary. I love how she ties in a murder mystery along with the romance. I love most of her books but this one held me captive right up until the surprisre ending. This is a must read!!!

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Potentially the best of Ms. Roberts' romantic suspense genre
Review: The backdrop of a small town in Mississippi is authentic and adds steam to the storyline. The characters are well rounded and flawed. The plot is one of Ms. Roberts' best ever. This book is a re-issue but is worthy of a hardback. I will be buying a new copy.
