Summary: The Doc continues to flatline
Review: I can't believe this is the same guy who wrote the cautionary tale "Coma", a book decades ahead of its time in terms of warning of the potential moral implications of organ transplanting. Over the past several years, though, he's been jumping onto every hot-button medical issue that hits the Nightly News--well, as Scarlett O'Hara once put it--"like a duck on a june bug". Maybe he should take a lesson from colleague Dr. Michael Crichton about pacing himself--you notice that he's got less than half the booklist Cook has, and he's been at it years longer. Or maybe we're just forgetting that the guy's a doctor. Authors get better with experience. Maybe that's not always the case with professionals who just happen know how to write about their profession. Maybe Dr. Cook ought to take a sabbatical back into practice for awhile.

Summary: Disappointed with this one
Review: This book was just OK. Not as good as some of his other ones. The ending left you hanging, and the book was pretty boring during the middle portion.

Summary: The missing link has surfaced.
Review: When I read this book I was really into the missing link of our evolution. While reading this novel, my interest in the missing link grew to be enormous. A master of entrancement, Robin Cook, one of the great ones.

Summary: Robin Cook... the king of medical thriller
Review: Robin Cook... the king of medical thriller, but i think that "Fatal cure is better". You read these books quickly because they are very beautifull and very true. If you like these type of book you must read " Richard Preston"

Summary: Very interesting subject - not brilliantly written.
Review: Very gripping subject, but I found that, on occasion, the writing style was difficult to follow.

Summary: Airplane read
Review: A jargon filled book that has interesting twists. Certainly for the Cook fans. PC certainly, with a strong anti corporate/science theme. Insulting to the professional. On vacation? Take it along.

A personal note; my son would be alive today, if we had decent transplant technology.

Summary: Ending Please!!!!!
Review: I must say I enjoyed Cook's books (heehee it rhymes) however, Cook leaves too much to the imagination. After reading the ending I wonder where the rest is. Strange because Cook is very detailed throuought the book.
