Summary: Marcinko knew years ago, what we are just finding out....
Review: Dick Marcinko is a rare individual, who is not only strong in his combat delivery, but smart and has quite the work ethic. are and thank God he is a standup warrior.

This particular book is a little too close to similar to reality today (to what he has known for a very long time) for comfort. I pray that God continues to use him and others like him in the protection of our Armed Forces and Americans in general. If I had a son, I would want him to serve and learn from the best, Dick Marcinko. (Although, I believe that the only way a person of Mr. Marcinko's magnitude, must have a strange personal life.)

This is great fun, and I find the story quite interesting. Not just in battle, but the complex background and history is interesting as well. Proving things are not always what they seem.

Summary: there is not any better books for a look in to the seals.

Summary: Very Intense, Addictive Reading!
Review: I started out reading Red Cell, and now I am all up to Destination Gold. I can't get enough of these books! After I read these books, I look at things differently. The real-life tips and tricks of his trade help me in numerous life situations. Do yourself a favor--buy hundreds of copies. When it goes out of print, you'll easily be a millionnaire! END

Summary: 100% pure testosterone.
Review: I'll admit to this guilty pleasure: I love the Rogue Warrior books. Not because they're great literature, but because they're just plain fun. I'm a Marine combat vet, so I can usually detect the (very) fuzzy line between military fact and fiction, but with Marcinko's books I throw up my hands in the amphibious salute and just go with it. Demo Dick's literary swagger is intoxicating, and his larger than life character is THE male archetype. All of us guys want to pump iron at Rogue Manor, throw down the double Bombays, and go shooting and looting with the SEALs' best.

It's not "the best book I've ever read," nor is it the SPECWAR primer that Rogue Warrior is. But for some unadulterated macho fun, Green Team (like the others in the series) can't be beat.

Summary: Kick butt and takes names.
Review: I've read many of his books and his style and sheer eleagance if remarkable. His management and leadership philosophy is what it will take to remain competitive in the next century. He's easy and fun to read and you'll carry away more than reading a touchy feely technical analysis.

Summary: A Fast-Paced novel that hooks you from the first line!
Review: In Green Team, Demo-Dick and his merry band of SEALs set out on another action packed, and havoc reaking adventure. With "Pinky" Prescott ever presently on his back, Marcinko must not only complete his mission, but avoid being imprisoned in a Navy Brig. It was so good I read it twice!

Summary: awsome book
Review: it shows you what navy seals are all about.

Summary: GRIPPING, SUSPENSEFUL, REAL LIFE WORK OF ART.
Review: MARCINKO HAS BROUGHT IN TO LIGHT THE REALITY OF SPECWAR AND IT NEEDED TO BE DONE. THE REALITY IS UNPARALELLED, AND PUTTING IT DOWN TO SLEEP WAS NOT AND OPTION. CONSTANT ACTION, SUSPENSE, AND DRAMA FROM A FIRST PERSON PERSPECTIVE. ALSO MAKES YOU UNEASY TO KNOW WHAT IS OUT THERE IN THE "REAL" WORLD.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Hold on to your skivvies, it's time to ROCK 'n MARCINKO...
Review: Marcinko lives large and plays hard. This book, along with the rest of the Rogue Warrior Series, is hard hitting and action packed. This dude does it all, says it all, and doesn't take crap from no one. Execellent reading for someone whose tired of the slow moving far fetched action of most fiction books out there. I read Red Cell just three months ago, and I've read almost all his books to date. It's KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid) read the book and get hooked!!! Anyone for a Bombay?
