Rating: Summary: Motion To Supress Review: I have read two of the books that were written by Mary and Pamela O'Shaugnessy and they are terrific. I am in the process of reading the book Invasion of Privacy now. i came online to order the Obstruction Of Justice but i see they have another new book out now and i will order that one at the same time. this will make all 5 of there books that i now own. I cant wait for there next bok to come out. The courtroom drama is always excellent they mix in just the right touch of excitement. Like i said i cant hardly wait for there next book to be written.
Rating: Summary: What happened to Hitchcock? Review: This book was not bad, but we lost the dog somewhere around the middle and unless I missed it, he simply vanished. Also, a stepsister is not the same as a half-sister.
Rating: Summary: ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC..THE BEST YET! Review: This was the best Nina Reilly story yet. I am anxiously awaiting the next one. I thrive on mysteries and this is a great one.
Rating: Summary: Character Development Stuck in Limbo Review: Having read all of the Nina Reilly series books, I have finally given up. The characters have stagnated in their development filling the plot with the same schizophrenic romances (Paul & Nina) and a perpetually "in the red" law office. I had been hoping against hope to see some movement in this last book, but alas, it was not to be. Recommend finding a new series to follow as this one is dead on arrival.
Rating: Summary: The O'Shaughnessy sisters have outdone themselves! Review: This is the best book of a really great series. I greatly admired their first four books, but this book was really outstanding. I would suggest that if you want to try these books, you should start out with their first, "Motion to Suppress". I feel like these characters are people I really know. When something happens to one of them, I mourn them just as I would a friend. I think that's the test of great writing - to make you forget you're reading a book and make you think it's real. The O'Shaughnessys certainly do that.
Rating: Summary: If you enjoyed the previous books , AVOID this book! Review: I used to look forward to the each Nina Reilly mystery. No longer. The Sisters must have mortgage problems, and this latest sample is very very below par. Ms Nina's love interest, although connected to the plot by a weak 'conflict of interest' angle, comes across as pedantic and insipid. I couldn't wait to get through these parts. And the ending is an unpleasant mishmash of 'enough pages, enough money, see you later' completely out of character with what this series once was. Unfortunately, I now have one less book to look forward to. Too bad.
Rating: Summary: Turns like a coaster Review: Great book past it on to many people .This would be a great movie .If they followed the book amazing writing i must say i try to avoid many female Authors but they a great. on the same lines as Kate Wilhelm and her Barbra Hollaway attorney seltuh .Most writers get worse after there 3rd book these girls just get better.Keep up the good work and may God continue the blessings.
Rating: Summary: Tightly written and a thriller until the end! Review: This was my first Nina Reilly book and I admit I picked it up because of its setting; Lake Tahoe. I thought the book was written, definitely well researched and a wonderful, suspenseful read. I will be searching out the other four books and greatly anticipating the next book. Congrats to the very talented sister writing team!
Rating: Summary: Exciting, entertaining, excellent! Review: I have been a Nina Reilly fan since the first book and the series just gets better! This latest story keeps your interest all the way through and you feel Nina's happiness as well as her sorrow, fear etc. Great plot, great writing and a thrill to read after having been disappointed by the latest Patricia Cornwell. I'll buy the next Nina Reilly book for sure!
Rating: Summary: One of my new favorite authors! Review: I have read all of the books in the Nine Reilly series. They just keep getting better and better. I read this one in just two days and have already passed it one to a friend to read. I just wish the next one would come quickly!!
