Rating: Summary: Cannot put the book down Review: I enjoy all of Faye Kellerman's books. I have read most of the Peter Drucker and Rina Lazarus books. I think I must have missed one though because I read where she came back to his home and the next book I read was their honeymoon. Is there a book missing with the wedding ceremony? That would miss a great story. I hope the author or someone reads this and lets me know if I missed it and what the title was. Thanks if you do...
Rating: Summary: liked 1st person Review: I have read a lot of kellermans work, and this one happens to be one of the most enjoyable. although, as a person of both catholic and jewish descent, i thought the catholicism was a little weird. They didnt seem religious, they seemed psychotically fanatical. It wasn't that their feelings about god, etc were extreme, it was the more that it was soooooo focused upon, almost crammed down your throat. I had a hard time believing the suffering/jail part, though I must say that both judaism and catholic use guilt like mad.i did like the characters of Terry and Chris though. I agree that some of the lines (which were supposed to be sincere sounding) sounded like lines, but then again, everything does sound like a line when its not being said to you. However, the characters had something, that made me not care about decker but care about them. I wanted the story to end differently and I wish I knew the rest of the story, so to speak. I hope M. Kellerman writes another story with Terry as a main character, perhaps from a more grownup perspective, but keeping the realness that made it a wonderful read. oh and by the way, kids do act like that.. that was so true high school, even twentysomething, just with cheezy-er lines.
Rating: Summary: This is one of the best Faye Kellerman books I've read Review: I have read and will read any of Faye Kellerman's books and I must say that I absolutely loved Justice. This book just exemplifies Ms. Kellerman's tremendous talent. How she was able to write this story from the perspective of more than one person in a manner such that you cared...terrific. One note. I must say that this is the first book in which I found myself actally not fully siding with Pete Decker. In this book, you just get to see him as a hard-as-nails police officer, not necessarily a man with a heart (as he's usually portrayed). This was awkward for me to get used to, but I'm glad for this because it was good to see Decker in a different light.
Rating: Summary: JUSTICE - AWESOME book! Review: I just read Justice and thought it was a GREAT book-it is probably my new favorite. I think that the ending was disappointing though (how Chris and Terry ended up), and I wish that Chris and Terry had gotten back together. The entire story was very well written and never boring, not a typical murder story. I wish that Ms. Kellerman would write a sequel to Justice because the characters were interesting...and I want to know what happens! I think a sequel would be great also because the end of Justice was a huge cliffhanger, leaving me dying to find out what is going to happen! Again, this was an EXCELLENT book!!! It's too good to describe in words - you just have to read it!
Rating: Summary: interesting & full of action Review: I like her style very much, most of all the Jewish part. Rina is so religious and yet so "normal", so modern, keeping up with "today". I wish the religious people in my country (Israel) were like her.
Rating: Summary: Great book, would like to see a sequal Review: I thought this book was great, I liked how she used young characters. If anyone has any information on how mail Faye Kellerman I would really appreciate it. Thanks
Rating: Summary: Justice Review: I truly enjoyed this novel--actually I listened to the unabridged version on cassettes, and it was exceptional. This book is screaming for a sequel! The characters were riveting, and I long to know what becomes of them. Wouldn't Chris try to see Terry again as he was so obsessed with her? I feel as though I got to know the two main characters, and that Decker was just there to fill in the time when they were not highlighted. Hope to see more!
Rating: Summary: I wish there were a sequel....... Review: I'm 15 years old and an avid fan of the Rina and Peter mystery series. I just finished reading Justice and I was slightly irritated at the ending, I wonder if (with enough fan mail) Mrs. Kellerman would write a sequel so we could find out what happens with Terry and Chris and their baby. Will he find out and get revenge? Will she ever tell the child who his/her's father is? I am in agony and I can't even go on to the next book in the series because I wonder what's gonna happen to terry.
Rating: Summary: A great book!!! Review: I'm a 16 year old girl from Sotckholm (sweden) And I just finished reading JUSTICE... I loved it, but I got dissapointed on the end. Cause the end kind of ruined the story a bit... Cris had been described as a pretty NICE guy during the whole story and then suddenly he became this evil person... I liked Chris character and that is maybe why I got dissapointed. Justice was the first book by Faye Kellerman that I have read, but it for sure wont be the last! Great job mrs/miss Kellerman! And I wish that there would come a follow up in the near future so we can read about what happened to Terry and Chris. I'm really curious...
Rating: Summary: The best one yet! Review: I've read all of Faye Kellerman's books, and I think all of them are terrific. But I find this one especialy thrilling. This is the only book out of all the Peter Decker and Rina Lazarus books that shows another point of veiw. Terry was in a way telling Chris's side of the story. Even though i'm Jewish Faye Kellerman made me look at my religion with renewed faith. I hope that Faye Kellerman will continue the series so that we could all enjoy another wounderful book.
