Rating: Summary: "Colorful" Review: I enjoyed this writer's first book. Thought it had a lot of promise as far as an on-going series goes. Not without a few flaws, still, I thought the first book of Ms. Murray's Lambert Series was nicely put together. An intresting premise that deserves at gander at the next book in the series.
Rating: Summary: This Author's a Winner! Review: In "Thief of Hearts", first in the Lambert series by Murray, the author proves herself distinguishable merely by the fact that she has the ability to write a good mystery with a sensual cast that smolders. This one's already proving itself to be a success and I look forward to reading the next in the series. Good job, Ms. Murray!
Rating: Summary: Victoria Taylor Murray, Take Me Away! Review: Remember those Calgon commercials years ago where the lady always said, "Calgon, take me away"? Take my word for it, if you want to escape life, lose yourself in a book, vicariously live in a fantasy world for a time, purchase "Thief of Hearts". This author is master of the art of escape. I liked it so much, I'm ordering #2, "Forbidden".
Rating: Summary: Hot, Hot, Hot! Review: "Thief of Hearts" by Victoria Taylor Murray has everything I look for in a good book: suspense, mystery, intrigue, and plenty of romance. A book that moves quickly and keeps you entertained. We'll probably see this writer one day on the "Today Show" or any of the others that have books of the month. Now onto book 2, "Forbidden".
Rating: Summary: "Canary-Yellow Viper Babe" Review: Love the imagination of this writer. Now, you have to admit it isn't everyday a writer adds a canary-yellow Viper to their story line. Ha! Boy, I'd give my pinky finger to own one of those type of cars. The life, the life, of a rich man's wife...but is she happy? I don't think so. Poor Nouri, all dressed up and no place to go...NOT! With her kind of money she can go anywhere she wants to, and before it is all said and done, she does exactly that...Boston, Lambert, Connecticut, France, Japan, and Greece. Ah, to be able to fit in her size 6 shoes for a few hours in real life, huh?. Well, it's a thought.
Rating: Summary: What a week in the life of the beautiful billionairess ... Review: What a week in the life of the beautiful young billionairess from Boston! Such a job trying to weave so many colorful characters together to form a (4) bk. series. Nicely done by the way. Just ordered bk. 2 of Ms. Murray's Lambert series.
Rating: Summary: Some Like It Hot! Review: Like me! Loved this story. It was way too cool! Nonstop excitment, action, and fun...what a blast reading this story was! Can hardly wait to read "Forbidden."
Rating: Summary: Creative! Review: Thief of Hearts the first book in Ms. Murray's Lambert Series, is a delightful escape from reality. Just what a woman like myself needs from time-to-time.An easy on the eyes kind of story weighing in at a mere 183 pages. I read to get away for a while and stories like Thief of Hearts, is a great diversion for me. I read for the romance, the connection, and the building of tension, between two lovers like Nouri Sommers and Clint Chamberlain. I have since read the second book in this series and all I can say is the story just keeps getting better and better. Now I find myself looking forward to the third book of the series.
Rating: Summary: Different But Fun! Review: I thought this story was different but fun. No one except Nouri Sommers (the female lead) is as they seem. A lot of characters to weave together and apparently it takes four books to get to them all, I look forward to the challenge.
Rating: Summary: The Perfect Read For Me... Review: Thief of Hearts by Victoria Taylor Murray, was the perfect read for me. I usually read smaller page books because I read a lot and want to make sure I finish the book I start without much distraction or having to lay the book aside more than I'd like to. I thought this story was compelling and heartfelt. I enjoyed the inneraction between the characters and I loved the plot. Just ordered the next book of the series and look forward to my return visit to Lambert!
