Review: This novel, along with Baldacci's other three, is fantastic. Anyone that enjoys this genre must read Baldacci. His character development, tricky plots and cunning ideas surpass even the likes of Grisham. I can confidently say that Baldacci is my favourite author, and i cant wait for new ones to read!!

Summary: Had trouble putting it down.....
Review: I'm not going to discuss or reveal the plot, as others have done. Why tell the story when Baldacci does it so well.All I want to say is that this was a true, at times, edge of your seat, page turner. Every chapter left me wanting more. The villain is pure evil. Some plot lines were predictable, but it didn't detract from my interest. I loved this book and look forward to reading more by this author.

Review: I liked this book so much I would find myself thinking about the plot and characters as I went through my normal day. I looked so forward to any time I had to read a few pages. I have read all of David Baldacci's books and this is the best!

Review: The book was quite weird at first. It was kind of hard to understand. Although there were a lot of exciting times in it, there were also a lot of inconsistensies. Nevertheless, the writing style is very smooth. The book overall is enjoyable. It is not at all disappointing, although it could have been made better.

Review: An exciting novel that may occur in real life.The story began with LuAnn Tyler a 20 year old mother who was trapped in the poverty cycle living in a shamble trailer in the backwater of Georgia. Unknown to her was a scheme being put to work by a Mastermind , a detail plan to cheat at the National Lottery which would make her and 11 others multi-millionaire.The catch was she must leave the country and never to return. Despite the awesome task of creating new identities and social security account , Jackson the genius behind the scam succeeded in getting LuAnn and her infant daughter out of the country.Everything went smoothly for 10 years but the winds changed course when LuAnn now called Catherine Savage secretly returned to the US of A , and all hell broke loose. Thomas Donovan an investigative reporter saw through Jackson's scheme and confronted Savage which eventually caused his own life.At the same time handsome ex-FBI Matt Riggs accidentally got himself involved in the case and at the same time fell for Savage.As more people became interested in finding out who is who and who did what ,the stage was set for a diabolical meeting between Jackson and LuAnn. The finale is hyper-explosive as everyone's life hangs in the balance and no one is sure who the winner will be , not even Jackson can determine it this time !

Review: I will be the first to admit, I do not make much time for reading. However, with The Winner, I made all the time it took. Baldacci is a phenomenal author and this definitely lives up to/surpasses his previous works. It is indeed a, "Must Read!"
