Summary: Stephanie's granny is a hoot!
Review:

I really liked Janet Evanovich's first Stephanie Plum book and looked forward to the second in the series. I was not disappointed.

In this book, Stephanie enlists the help of her grandmother -- a character if there ever was one -- to help her track down a killer and 26 missing caskets.

There are a lot of twists and turns, but the ending is worth it all. Grandma Mazur saves the day, albeit by setting fire to an arsenal of stolen ammunition...and from the basement of the local funeral home!

Read this book and enjoy!

Summary: Absolutely hilarious!!
Review: Janet Evanovich, please keep on writing!!! I found myself laughing out loud seated at the beach with tears rolling down my eyes. The description of Grandma Mazur, funeral homes ,lost body parts, the car, and finally the "poop" Stephanie finds herself in was a riot.....The people next to me asked me if the book was "any good." I wanted them to take it and read it immediately just so they would know I wasn't crazy!!!

Summary: A Great Read
Review: Stephanie Plum ges better with each book. I started at the beginning with ONE FOR THE MONEY and didn't quit until I finished THREE TO GET DEADLY. I found myself laughing outloud and wanting to share with everyone. Grandma Mazur is especially delightful in this book. I also liked the way Janet developed the Lula character. Her ongoing love/hate relationship with Joe Morelli is fun as we wait to see what will finally happen between the two of them. It is back to the store to get FOUR TO SCORE. Plum and company are books to share.

Summary: A funny, smart, sexy, mystery from my new favorite author.
Review: Stephanie Plum--big hair, spandex pants, rookie bounty hunter--is the funniest and sexiest mystery character to come along for years. Just the description of Grandma Mazur in spandex and Doc Martens will have you weeping with laughter. Several pages later, the backseat almost-tryst with hunky Joe Morelli beats any bodice-ripper, hands down. Even the ancillary characters jump right off the page-- Stephanie's neurotic mom will give YOU an eye twitch before you finish the page. I can't wait to read more. Keep writing, Janet!

Summary: Hilarious story given a great reading
Review: I have all three of Lori Petty's readings of the Stephanie Plum stories, and I think they're terrific. Petty has just the right voice to convey Evanovich's quirky humor. Whether or not you read the complete book, these are a delight.

Summary: Another Kinsey Milhone
Review: After reading the first two books about Stephanie Plum, she's become my next Kinsey Milhone - a must read! Fun and clever - a great way to kick back and mentally unwind from whatever. Like Sue Grafton's books, these seem to be more enjoyable if read in sequence.

Summary: Get this book!!! Humorous and riveting.
Review: This is one of the best books that I've ever read. I happened to buy this book because it was on special at K-Mart for $4. I am so glad that I decided to buy it. This was the first Stephanie Plum series that I read and I immediately went out to buy the other two. The book keeps you interested both by the plot and the laughs that you'll have. I would definetly recommend this book. Enjoy

Summary:
Hillarious, I still can't stop laughing

Review:

In my opinion Stephanie Plum is one of the most refreshing characters ever created,
the situations she is confronted with, are described in an enormous funny and interesting way, which makes the reader cry with Stephanie and laugh with her.

I hope that Janet Evanovich is going to continue this series as long as she is being able to provide that excellent writing.

Summary: Way to go, Janet
Review: A rip-roaring ride of a novel. Funny, fast-paced and a well-written. I'd recommend it to anyone

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Better than the first book
Review: Sometimes the second book in a series is a letdown. Not this time. Two for the dough is even better than Evanovitch's first novel. This time I liked it enough to actually purchase the hardcover edition. Something I usually only do with authors like Grafton, Kellerman and Clancy.

I recommend this book highly, but I really think you deserve to read the series in order, because the first book builds to the second.
