Summary: Defenitely a MUST-READ
Review: "True to Game" is defenitely a book for young kids these days growing in an uncivilized world. And it gives just a taste of war "the game" in life has to offer you. My daughter is 13 and read it in 2 days! This is a book you cannot put down! This book earns 5 stars!

Summary: Oh PALEEEZ!
Review: This was truly a tired ghettofabulous story. I waited the entire book for the story to reach it's peak and nothing happened. While I was reading this I kept thinking what was the purpose of the book? This book can't even compare to the Coldest Winter Ever because Souljah added depth to her characters who developed as you went through each chapter. Gena, on the other hand, was the same person from beginning to end. I never did figure out if she loved the man or the money and which does she miss more. In my opinion, this book was a waste of time to write. I can hang out at the local park and hear the same story, but with a more dramatic touch, and a realistic ending.

Review: true to the game was the best book I have ever read. The book makes you feel like your a part of the story.Besides true to the games, I would also recommand Be more careful. The two books are gifts you give for the holidays. Once you read one you have to read the other. Trust me their addictive!

Summary: True To Life
Review: The book True to the Game by Teri Woods takes place in Philadelphia in the late 1980's. The main characters are Gena and Quadir. Quadir is faced with extortion brought by the Junior Mafia. To me this was a good book. I liked it because it told how life really is. It shows how guys play with girls' minds and how girls go after a man's money. Quadir talks about how hard it is to get out of the drug game. This book is action packed because there are so many things going on. This book is amazing how Quadir takes Gena to the Bahamas and she falls in love with him.

Summary: YOU CAN'T LIE IF YOU TRUE TO YOUR GAME.
Review: This book was a very interesting and enjoyable book. I feel that this book was so good because it reminds me of the life people live in the streets of New York and Philly. To tell you the truth, I'm not really a book reader, but after I read the summary on the book True to the Game it really grabbed my attention. I asked my teacher if I could read it and it came out to be one of the best books I ever read. This book was about a guy named Quadir and a girl named Gena who met at a party and eventually got together and became something. This book True to the Game, which was mainly about the game on the streets, was one of he best books base on the streets in this time period (1988). Gena and Quadir found themselves caught up in the vicious world of drugs and money, only to find that success in this game is not easy to win. I feel that in order to live the life on the streets, you have to be from the streets or else you would be lost in the game.

Summary: Excellent Author/Writer
Review: I used to read books when I was younger. A younger cousin of mine told me about this book. It was suppose to be for christmas. But after receiving it , I couldn't put the book down. I just want to know will there be a continuation? The ending was quite surprising to me. I will definately start to read more and watch less television.

Summary: true to the game and B-more careful
Review: I read true to the game and b-more careful; I read them back to back. I would like to know is b-more careful an 90's continuation to true to the game. One thing, i can say is when i was younger i never like to read; i always like to watch television. But after pickin up these books to read i shut the television off and kept going to the book store to by a book. I also would like to know what is the name of teri wood web site.

Summary: DRAMA FILLED AND FAST PACED
Review: One thing is certain, you will either love or hate this novel. The events in the story are very intense, as well as the love shared by the two main characters, Quadir and Gena. This story will make you cry , laugh, and speak out loud, although the story line tends to be a little far fetched at times.
The grammar is a little rough in spots, but overall this is book worth reading.US
