Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: A top rate read!! Review: After almost completing ( I coulnd't take it anymore) Robin Cook's latest disaster "Chromosome 6", I was just a little apprehensive in reading "Harvest" by Tess Gerritsen. I gave in and boy am I glad I did; it was terrific!!!!I was glued to every page in anticipation of what was going to happen next. This book is definitely movie material. No one should pass this one up.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: SRJOHNSON - FOR A FIRST BOOK, IT HITS THE MARK HEAD ON! Review: ALTHOUGH DR GERRITSEN'S TEXT WAS A TAD CLINICAL, THE PLOT WORKED AND FLOWED VERY WELL. AN ATTENTION GRABBER FOR SURE, I LOOK FORWARD TO READING LIFE SUPPORT.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: outstanding medical shocker Review: Harvest is a outstanding medical shocker about a young doctor who stumbles upon a deadly organ selling ring operating in her hospital. This novel boasts a sinister premise and backs it up with plot twists, suspense that leads to a unforgettable ending.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: This book is probably true. Review: Tess Gerritsen took a real life situation and fictionalized it, and by doing so has given it a life of its own. This book outlines the level of depravity and greed that the human animal is capable of. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and understand the agony she went through in researching it and putting ink to paper. Way to go, Tess. Your next one will be just as good. I can't wait for the movie.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: EXTRODINARY. Review: The author successfully blended romance into the thrills of the medical novel. She not only manages to catch the attention of the readers, she is able to allow the readers to be submerged admist what is going on in the novel. The very plausiblity of the story allows room for one's imagination as to whether something like that has been happening or will ever happen. Use of words is splendid, can see that the author is not trying too hard to show off the vocabulary, but merely interested to relate to us the story, great try! Bravo!
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: A great read for a plane trip! Review: I was completely sucked in from the first page....One deep breath that was not expended until the last page was turned.
Terrific suspense! Intriguing scenario!
Extremely frightening because it was so believable!!!
Best action scenes I have ever read by a female author!
My only complaint.....it read too quickly.... I finished it in one sitting wanting more.!
Now I am watching for her next book!!!!
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: A must-read for fans of the medical-suspense genre Review: Tess Gerritsen challenges Robin Cook with this addition to the medical-suspense genre. A fast-paced thriller which doesn't fail to provide details on medical procedures, it also manages to include a taste of international racketeering in the "business" of medicine. Gerritsen also has a nice touch for realism--the heroine doesn't always win as easily as Robin Cook's protagonists seem to win. This is a book you'll find hard to put down--I finished reading it in one session
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: FASCINATING TERROR Review: Credible Abby. I was quickly absorbed into this book right from the first page and the pace never slowed. One of those books that makes you want to read and never watch TV again, but I did. I especially was touched by the plight of those unfortunate Russian orphans
Rating: ![4 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-4-0.gif) Summary: Interesting Book; Great TYPO Review: The story, suspence, and medical verisimilitude are good, but I had to come here and alert readers to the great Typo on page 74 of the hardcover. It's a killer! As the medical records committee chairman at an academic medical center I can't wait until we get such realistic charting in our hospital
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: A fictional transplantional situation-possibility? Review: If you have ever had any real life experience in organ transplantation, this book could be even more interesting. If you have ever known someone to wait and wait for an organ, you can believe some of this book. The author does have some of the medical facts right. She keeps your attention throughout the book. Also you can get angry if you think of the storyline as true.I enjoyed this better than "Coma"
