Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Harvest Review: I listened to this as a book on tape. It was so heart pounding and exciting, I almost couldn't listen to it and drive! I thought that the medical jargon would bore me, but it actually made it more interesting. This book is a MUST READ (or MUST LISTEN)!
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: CAPTIVATING Review: I just kept turning the page after page. Filled with heaping doses of intrigue and mystery. The Best Mystery Novel I've read in years. Could'nt put it down from beginning to end.
Rating: ![4 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-4-0.gif) Summary: Lots of Suspense Review: A very good read, unfolds quite rapidly and holds the reader down. Interesting medical procedures and thrilling conclusion... I recommend this book and Ms Gerritsen is a remarkable mystery writer. Looking forward to her next book.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: ".......the best medical thriller I have ever read!" Review: This is absolutely the best medical thriller I have ever read. I am an avid Tess G. Fan and I have read all of her published works. This, by far, is her best book to date. I must say though, her latest book "Gravity" is also a fine piece of work.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: GREAT BOOK! Review: Oh my God, this book is one of the best books I have ever read! It is a hold your breath till the end type of book
Rating: ![4 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-4-0.gif) Summary: THIS IS A GOOD BOOK. Review: I FOUND THIS BOOK TO BE AN ENJOYABLE READ,BUT SINCE I DON'T WORK IN OR AROUND A HOSPITAL I WILL ADMIT THAT THE MEDICAL TERMINOLOGY WAS A BIT OVER MY HEAD. ALTHOUGH IT DID NOT TAKE AWAY FROM THE STORY AND THAT IS GOOD BECAUSE EVEN PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT UP TO SPEED ON MEDICINE CAN STILL ENJOY THIS BOOK. I WILL POSSIBLY READ THIS AUTHOR AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Best medical suspense to date Review: Medical thrillers are my favorite genre. "Harvest" is far more exciting than anything that the masters Robin Cook and Michael Palmer has written.

Her way of narrating keeps you wanting more and more. If you want to get a good nigth sleep, then maybe this book is not for you, because i could not get to sleep by wanting to read more. Rating: ![4 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-4-0.gif) Summary: Forget About Those Other Medical Mystery Writers Review: Pick up this entertaining, suspenseful novel by Tess Gerritsen M.D. Dr. Abby DiMatteo is a surgical resident who gets curious about some strange happenings at her hospital. Her curiosity plunges her career into a downward spiral that seems to have no bottom. Once again we have a female protagonist who is not a wimpy, ankle-spraining female in need of a strong man (Thank God).Although the reader quickly becomes aware of where the story is going, the gripping narrative never lets one relax. TG is one physician novelist who believes in really adding some medicine to her books. Some readers may be turned off by her frequent injections of technical terms, but to me it just made the story more real. In this regard she reminds me of Kathy Reichs, the forensic pathologist who wrote the novel Deja Dead.. only Harvest is better.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Wonderful plot twists--eerily realistic "bad guys" Review: I don't generally read medical thrillers, but loved her style, her detail, and the frequent plot twists. Even though the "professional" reviews above give way too much plot information, you'll still be surprised by how this ends. I couldn't put it down and went straight to the library to get more. Julie
