Summary: Great until the end!!!!!!
Review: This is the first Grisham book that I have read, and I was so amazed at the detail in which the book went into. I was enthralled and could not put the book down. Grisham makes Lannigan out to be a mastermind, and it is compelling to find out how he did everything. I strongly reccomend this book. I am ready to pick up the Runaway Jury.

Summary: Disappointing ending!
Review: Except for the ending, this was a very good book with realistic characters and one helluva plot! Patrick Lanigan, you are just too smart!

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: A poor substitute for "Body Heat"
Review: Instead of reading this book I should have rented "Body Heat", the great movie starring William Hurt and Kathleen Turner since Grisham owes most of his plot to that movie. An obvious and poorly done rip off.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: GREAT. Extremely inteligent and well thought.
Review: It's not his best, but one of them. The story is very well written and very intelligent. I recomend it after the "The Firm".

Summary: Great Story !!! bad ending.
Review: I totally enjoyed this book until I got to the ending. Maybe, I just a love sick puppy but I was disappointed in the ending. I always love John Grisham books.

Summary: Boring!!!!
Review: I couldn't stand this book. I could have cared less for the characters or the story. I treid to read it twice and listen to it on tape and it just made me angry. Grisham must be getting paid by the word!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: A perfect plan! I wish I could pull something like that off
Review: This book draws you in from the very first paragraph.I started the book at 9pm. When I looked up at the clock it was 3am!!! I didn't want to put it down. But then again It would've been hard to get up for work at 8am. When I got home,I finished the rest. WOW!!! I loved it! The end was sort of a shock, but I had the feeling it might happen. Then again there is no such thing as the perfect plan.

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: I Hated this Book. It wasn't up to his normal standards!
Review: Grisham usually writes better books. This one was a total let down for me. It was quite boring. I would have been happier reading a catalog!!!!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Keeps your interest from cover to cover. I recommmend it.
Review: Every character is realistic. Descriptions make them come to life. The story line is very plausable. It should make a very fine movie.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: One of his best works!
Review: I truly enjoyed reading this book. I had a hard time putting it down. It has an unusual twist ending, which was so unexpected. I look forward to reading his next book.
