Summary: Another Rabbit Out Of The Hat
Review: Just finishing Honest Illusions, I have to say that it is probably one of my favorite Nora Roberts book now. I fell in love with the Nouvelle family (including Mouse and LeClerc) from the very first chapter. Luke and Roxy were great together, you could feel the connection between them from the time Luke joined the family, as a young boy. I found myself close to tears at times, sitting on the edge of my seat plenty, and laughing quite a lot. Honest Illusions is a wonderful, magical read, you will just fall in love with it!

Review: Loved it! Loved it! One of my favorites by Nora Roberts. It has mystery, humor, a sweet romance and fantastic heroine & hero. And don't forget the villian you'd love to hate! I keep reading this one over and over again. I have it in paperback and hardcover.

Summary: Am I the only one who fell in love with Luke?
Review: Luke was great. I loved the whole thief thing. If you want to read one of Nora's best books this is the one for you.

Summary: I LOVED EVERY WORD
Review: NORA MUST HAVE DONE A LOT OF RESEARCH FOR THIS BOOK AND IT SHOWS. IT IS VERY WELL WRITTEN AND I OFTEN FOUND MYSELF WISHING IT WOULD NEVER END

Summary: Magic and Larceny
Review: Nora Roberts has a gift for sucking you into the story. When we meet Luke and Roxanne they are adults, but the book quickly shifts back in time to when they were small children. It's a great story that grows on the reader even as the children grow into sympathetic adults.

Okay, sympathetic con artist thieving adults, but in a good way.

You know who the villains are even as you are yelling at the characters not to fall for their ploys. Wait, the heroes are kind of villains too. Oh, well, somehow that's never a problem.

A delicious, funny, often tensely thrilling book. Read early and often.

Summary: Couldn't put it down
Review: Roxy Nouvelle and Luke Callahan sizzled as the hero and heroine. The book takes you through their past, so it feels like you actually know them! Intrigue, suspense, mystery, magic, and romance all made this a wonderful read. Roxy is a strong, independent heroine, and Luke is an intelligent, tough but gentle charmer. I highly recommend this novel, but be sure to leave yourself enough time- it's quite a long book, and it's so good, you won't want to put it down! P.S. the love scenes are very hot and rather explicit, I wouldn't recommend this book for romance readers under sixteen.

Summary: Well, this was not one of my favorites
Review: Sorry, but I don't have a lot of empathy for jewel thieves! And it's hard for me to like characters that I can't respect. If this doesn't bother you, then you will probably enjoy this book. She has written much better ones, however.

Summary: Fantastic!
Review: There're only two types of book that worth wasting my time to review :the great books that I could hardly wait to recommend them to my fellow book lovers and the terrible books that made me feel even worse if I didn't warn anyone to avoid. This book is absolutely the first type.

I don't think my review can show you how good the book is, you have to find out yourself by reading it. I can tell you only this book isn't a typical romantic fiction that just involve around two people. The reader'll not only move by a true love story between Luke and Roxy who known each other since their childhood and their relationship'd been developed from a rival to brother and sister to friend and partner until they became a loving couple, but also be fascinated by touching relationships between families and friends, the charm of show business, and the excitement of thievery and trickery. Your heart will be broken when the couple's established love was cruelly destroyed by the evil villain from the past. Will their shattering love ever be recovered? Can they successfully revenge the powerful man who'd tried every way to torture their life?

Most of the characters in this book, possibly all, are three dimentional and play their role effectively. Luke and Roxy are the characters that can melt your heart even if it made of stone like mine. And when you nearly finish the book you'll find yourself read very slowly because you don't want it to end!

This is by far the best work by Nora Roberts. None of her recent novels, mainly those predictable who-done-it type of books that I've never wast my time to write a review, were written as half good as this one. Though I did enjoy her romantic suspense, I think she's a true specailist in romance. I wholeheartedly recommend this book to everyone who love reading a deft romance with sensational sub plot. Anyway, if you love her books that have been released in the past few years with more detail on mysteries than character developements, you probably won't enjoy this book as much as I did.

If I could give this book more than 5 stars, I would.
