Summary: An all-nighter
Review: A car wreck--three survive--a woman, her child, and a man. She remembers everything. He remembers nothing. Are they really a family or is she a woman on the run determined to save her life and her child? How far will Kendall Deaton go to beat the odds? One of Brown's best . . . plan on a sleepless night and plenty of coffee!

Summary: Bravo Ms. Brown!
Review: As a fan of Ms. Brown's romance novels I hesitated to read her suspense novels. My aunt recommended this book to me and I'm ever thankful she did. This is definitely one of the best books I've read this year.

Kendall Deaton is a Public Defender in the small town of Prosper, South Carolina. She marries handsome hunk Matt Burnwood expecting to live a fairy tale life. But her life then changes. She is witness to a hideous event and is running for her life. To reveal more details would ruin the story.

This book is just awesome. It has a spine-tingling plot with twists that will literally keep you on the edge of your seat. The plot will keep you reading for hours on end. It's almost as if the pages turn themselves and you have been sucked into the story. The characters are wonderfully written. Kendall is someone you have to admire and you really don't know her whole story until the very last page. I can't say it enough, this book hooks you and won't let go! I agree with the other reviewer that I would like to see a book about Ricki Sue and Jim Pepperdyne. One could definitely see the sparks flying off the pages with those two.

Once again, an excellent book worth the time reading. Great job Ms. Brown.

Summary: The Witness
Review: As the others Sandra Brown's books i've read, this one keeps me interested until the last chapter. Very well organized ideas plotted in a suspenceful enviroment make this book a very good piece.

Summary: Shows clearly why CONNECTIONS lead the way around life
Review: Formed a very tight clutched image on revenge of a husband, returning all the junk he dumped into your life, dragged back into his. This woman character must be hell to meet in person. Another lovely piece of writing by Brown, not as good as FRENCH SILK, but just as suspenseful.

Summary: Best Book In A Long Time
Review: I have read and enjoyed many of S.B.'s books. This one is one of the best she has written. The story shows all kinds of characters, motives, and emotions. There are the worse kind of people in the story all the way to the people who have pride, integrity, honesty;from one side of humanity to the opposite side. It has a little of something for everyone.

Summary: They ought to make a movie of this one!!!
Review: I have read at least ten of Sandra Brown's creations and so far this one out does them all! She kept me guessing throughout the entire book. I never left the edge of my seat until the ending made me fall on the floor. I have searched Amazon.com Books just to find more. Sandra has found a true fan and it's spreading throughout the office with just as much enthusiasm. You go girl
