Review: The Zion Covenant series, and its follow-up series, The Zion Chronicles, are some of the best books I have ever read. The character developments in the stories are amazing, the author does a remarkable job of bringing the characters to life. The books have a little for everyone: romance, adventure, history, etc. They are a fascinating account of WW II and many of the events of the time. Vienna Prelude is an excellent first novel of the series, it captures your attention and carries the plots brilliantly to the next book. I have read both series twice through, and plan to read them many more times!!

This review is late in coming, I should have written this years back when I first read this series, but as they say, it is better late than never. WW2 has always fascinated me (from the European view) and so of course these books were a wonderful outlet for my imagination. I will favor these books my entire life, I feel.

Review: This book by Bodie Thoene is a great story of WWII and life in Europe then. It's a great book to read again and again. I really learned alot about WWII. There's lots of suspense, action, and romance. I highly recommend this series.

Summary: This book just reaches out and grabs you!
Review: This book is one that was not easily put down. I enjoyed it from beginning to end and I also learned a lot about World War II! The story is interesting and suspenseful, and when I got to the last page of the book, I was disappointed that there wasn't more - but WAIT! There is another one in the series - I know what I will be doing for the next couple days!

Summary: Brings the period to life
Review: This book was wonderful- I learned so much more about WWII Europe than I ever did sitting in a boring history class (sorry, professors!). Putting a face on the victims of one man and his minions' insatiable quest for power and revenge made the experience real for me- the atrocities that happened long ago have been softened by time, completely forgotten, or worse, distorted and misrepresented. The Zion books are a reminder of what occurred over fifty years ago and a tribute to the strength and faith that the Jewish people possess.

Summary: A GREAT BOOK AND WONDERFUL READ !
Review: This first book in this series opened a new world for me and I have also read Prague Counterpoint, and Munich Signature. These books are fascinating... and I am trying very hard to get hold of the next three in this series, but to no avail and find that all the other titles by the authors, Brock and Bodie Thoene are very hard to find at our local libraries.. what a disappointment ! I am sure so many other booklovers would enjoy these great books.
