Rating: Summary: Pretty Good Story Review: This book kept me reading until the very end. It was very fast-paced, interesting, and exciting. Brown inserted those few moments in which Rana's true identity could be discovered by Trent and it created a bit of suspense.
Brown did very well creating a chemistry between Rana and Trent for such a short book. Trent was an endearing character after he got over his arrogance about women falling over him, though sometimes he acted like a child with his pouts. I liked Rana's story about her greedy mother. But since I am such a sucker for happy endings, I would have liked her mother to change or at least have wanted to change. Instead, her mother just got more evil.
However, I did want to know what happened with Rana. I was left hanging at the end with questions. Would Rana go back to modeling or continue with painting? Plus, I wouldn't have minded knowing what happened after Ruby realizing the truth. Ruby is a funny and quirky character after all.
But this a great book to read and you should be able to read it in a few hours.
