Review: This book is a divine whopper. Divine nourishment for every cell of your reality sandwich. Read it and your awareness will be transformed forever. It`s not only a how-to-know-book, it`s as well a how-to-do book, or better a how-to-be-book. Read it and become one with your ever permanent witnessing observer. Knock at the door and it shall open...Deepak Chopra has written the new book of books...it`s a practical guide towards enlightenment!

Review: I found this book very limited and shallow and, at least for me, it answered absolutely no questions. I found the writing uninspiring and, in general, do not recommend the book.

Review: A postscript to my last review:This book can be powerfully used as a teacher by "taking on" the characteristics of the level just above the one you're on. When you do this, what is in the way begins to come up, available to see and to clear up. Not to make this sound easy - it is hard work and requires the willingness to look inside for answers. Quite a gift from Mr. Chopra!

Summary: Deepak Does It Again!
Review: Recently, Deepak appeared on LARRY KING LIVE While promoting this book. When Larry asked what the difference is between religion and spiritually, Deepak replied, "Religion is for those who are afraid of going to hell. Spiritually is for those who have already been there." The power behind Deepaks work and his books has always come from his directness and his refusal to be "politically correct." He continues that in this new book, which is not only filled with exceptionally well-written ideas about our quest to connect with the spiritual and what we call God, but also callings us to dig deeper than we are normally comfortable doing. Also, don't miss Deepak's no-holds-barred interview in Nina L. Diamond's new book, VOICES OF TRUTH: Conversations with Scientists, Thinkers, and Healers, a must read for all thinking people.

Summary: WE KNOW ONLY WHAT GOD IS NOT
Review: 'God' is a situation. Not a power, or a being, or an influence. Not a 'he' or a 'she', but an 'it'. Not entity or non-entity, but the situation in which there can be both entity and non-entity. Have I learnt correctly from Deepak Chopra? Because people cannot understand that what is not can influence what is, they maintain that 'God' is and does. But our ignorance of 'God' -- and I keep putting the word in inverted commas in order to except it from its common meanings -- and its motives will always remain infinite. To ask "What is God?" is as futile as to ask "When does infinity begin and end?" Through Chopra's writings I have understood that existence is ultimately or potentially knowable; 'God' is infinitely unknowable. The most we shall ever learn is why existence is AS IT IS - why it requires such laws and such constituents to continue. We shall never learn ultimately WHY IT IS.

Summary: The most definitive book on experiencing God
Review: I have read most of Mr. Chopra's books. All have been excellent. However, he has outdone himself now. This is truly the best book I have ever read, the most inspiring and a must read for anyone on the spiritual path. It answers so many questions, and makes sense out of life. What more could one want. Mr. Chopra I suspect you are on your way to Sainthood!

Summary: A Path to Love
Review: I am thankful that Deepak has taken the time to share his insights with us. I feel that many of his ideas about intuition and seeking God within, are needed for our survival. More than anything, the book gives faith and hope to the reader that we can move mountains. Deepak's ideas are very useful for daily life and spirtitual development. Tonight, I had difficulty feeding my 10 month old son, only to step outside and see inspiration eight feet from my door...a robin feeding her 6 days old babies. A connection that would have gone unnoticed, prior to my experience with How To Know God.

Review: After reading some books by Chopra I thought I was ready to handle "How to Know God"...but what i got instead was an incredible spiritual journey. The book came to me at a time when I myself was experiencing an "inner battle" and the book sort of gave me the answers. Thank you Deepak for sharing your insights and wisdom with us...

Summary: Divine Intervention
Review: I have been on a spiritual quest for quite some time now and have read many wonderful books that have opened up my horizons. On the day that I picked up this book, I was led to the book store with such a strong impulse that going anywhere else would not have been possible. As I browsed the shelves, I picked up two other books which drew my interest. On my way out of the store, again I felt that compulsive need to look again. As I raised my eyes, the title of this book caught my attention. I put down the other two books and picked up "How to Know God". I randomly opened the book and my eyes fell to a paragraph that made more sense to me than anything I had read in a long time. I left with the book in hand and could not wait to read it. Once I started it, I knew why I was drawn to it. It held the message I was waiting to receive. Deepak's description of the soul and the seven stages of consciousness, filled many of the gaps left by prior spiritual books I had read. Thank You Deepak for showing me a way to my soul - a way to know GOD.
