Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Great novel with a powerful message; a contemporary 1984. Review: A fine novel that hooked me right from the beginning. But more importantly, when you finish this , you will understand what WW2 was about and why there was no choice but for us to fight and win. The descriptions of the mindset of the Gestapo and the concentration camps are chilling. What is most chilling of all is that even though this is a novel, its also the truth.
Rating: ![4 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-4-0.gif) Summary: This is the best history novel I've ever read! Review: The author was very able to create that historical time set, but characters move in it with very realistic features and the whole story gets more and more thrilling. ...Pay attention to the border's map you find at the beginnig of the book: I think there are some mistakes in Italian territories located in Dalmatia...
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Listened to cassette----most impressed. Review: A great job done by WERNER KLEMPERER in his narration. Although fiction, author's description of Nazi deathcamps most descriptive. Book should be required reading in all schools.
Rating: ![4 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-4-0.gif) Summary: Well done...for the most part... Review: The book was great in every way. The plost twists, the suspense, the characters, everything...except the ending. I have no qualms with what happened, just that it stopped rather abruptly. I feel that an epilogue would have been necessary. Other than that an excelent read!
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Excellent! One of the best thrillers I have ever read. Review: Fatherland keeps you intrigued from the beginning. You want to know who is responsible for the death of high-ranking Nazi officials, and certainly you discover more that what you expected.
Rating: ![4 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-4-0.gif) Summary: exciting, yet confusing!! Review: I have just recently read this book. Although it was a very interesting plot and twist to history, I did not like how it left you hanging at the end, to some how guess at the end of the story. It is definetly worth reading, write if you have figured out the ending of this book.
Rating: ![4 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-4-0.gif) Summary: Pretty good book although the ending was a disappointment Review: For the most part, this book was excellent. The descriptions left me with an eerie image of what the world could have been like had Hitler won the war. Harris presents a great "what if" story that I had trouble putting down. I was very disappointed with the ending. Obviously, I won't go into too much depth about my reasons for this, because I don't want to ruin it for others. Still, I liked the book. Read it; maybe you'll like the ending more than I did.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Awesome book. Review: I think the idea of writting a book in this manner is wonderful. To say what might have happened is pretty cool. Even though I've not compleated this book, I love it. I can't wait to read the other books by Harris.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: I READ THE BOOK A TOTAL OF 12 TIMES IN 5 WEEKS Review: I'm not very good at writing reviews, actually this is only my second try at this. I read the book a total of 12 times in 5 weeks and everytime I read it, it seemed like I was picking it up for the frist time. Oh and incidentally, I had a wide range of choices to pick from. I just preferred to read Fatherland again and again and again!
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Best thriller-fiction book I've read in the last 2 years Review: Fatherland is a magnificent book to read. A view to a fictional future if the German Nazis would have won the war and accurate historical facts takes the reader into a differently ordered world. What if?... Amazing!
