Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: TOP READ Review: 'Come Together' is simply GREAT. Perfect easy reading for summer holidays. Clever monologue idea that allows you to easily relate to each sexes perspective. Can't add much more than the other 60-odd reviews to date other than "Buy it, read it, enjoy!". I recently re-read this first book - and enjoyed it every bit as much as last time - before reading the sequel 'Come Again'. In comparison this unfortunately pales into insignificance; same monologue idea, similar story line and even a lot of the same characters but it didn't work for me. Jack and Amy are replaced by their respective best fiends Matt and Helen but it just doesn't have the same appeal.
Rating: ![4 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-4-0.gif) Summary: Stupid ending spoils this otherwise great book Review: It's one of those books that you can't put down until you reached the very last page. But there's one problem -and it's on that last page. Ending spoils this very enjoyable book. It's predictable, cliche, rushed. The whole argument between Jack and Amy is stupid coz it's cleraly not his fault and yet everybody is blaming him and thinking breakup is a must. So, first 250 pages - page turner, gret fun. Last 30 pages - romance novel disaster.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Oprah should have chosen this light summer jewel! Review: When I turned the final page of Come Together, I let out a disappointed sigh. My husband asked me what was wrong and I said, "I finished the book." I enjoyed the characters and story so much that I didn't want to let them go. I ordered the book after having read an interesting review in People. It was one of those rare books that one wants to read cover to cover, in one sitting! I couldn't put it down. I thought the unique style of two separate authors writing from their own gender perspective in reguards to their relationship was interesting and often times hysterical. It is a wonderful light read. I don't know whether the Jacks of the world would enjoy it, but I certainly did.
