Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Inscrutable Americans
Review: I think its a great book. Very simple langauge and its hilarious!!!!!

Rating: 2 stars
Summary: Unconvincing
Review: Mathur tries very hard to satirize American culture, but fails miserably. The key weakness is that in trying to portray "typical" Americans, he gets too many details wrong, such as the manner of American speech. Every line of dialogue in a purportedly American character's mouth made me think, "That's not how he would say that!"

The book also fails as a novel because it doesn't really have much character development or a story arc. The main character goes to the United States, is faced with a number of amusing puzzles and then, well, that's it.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Absolutely hilarious!!!
Review: This is the most hilarious book I've ever read. Have never laughed so much while reading a book. Simple language and each detail has been explained brilliantly. Perfect material for light reading.
