Summary: A feast in the mirror, a wonderful and necessary book
Review: I don't want to say this book changed my life or. . . but I can certainly say that it changed many misconceptions that I had about Iran and Persian literature. I have just finished this book: A Feast in the Mirror: Stories by Contemporary Iranian Women. I cannot really describe the feelings I had when I finished it. It seemed to me that there are a lot of similarities between these writers and Western writers, at the same time the perspective offered by these stories was completely new. I felt a new dimension was created in my heart and mind. I think it is a must.
