Summary: Great Read, Couldn't put it down
Review: Although I admit that the ending was quite predictible, i enjoyed the book thouroughly. I couldn't put it down and it was a real page turner. Abby was a charcater we could all love and identify with and Mallory provided us with suspense throughout the novel. I definitly recommmend this book to anyone who loves a light suspense and romance. It was a great read.

Summary: Fantastic!
Review: Guest List is one of those, sit down and read until you finish books. I have to say I don't know which I liked best, the characters or the animals. When I closed the book, I said to myself, now that was a good book. Plus, I got to read the opening to another great read by Ms. Michaels. She never dissapoints.

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Quick read - but not her best
Review: I can only think that this was a book that Fern Michaels wrote but couldn't get published and now that she's successful they decided to release it in paperback. The story on the book jacket sounds better than the actual story. In fact, the book jacket description isn't even accurate. The main character is appealing and sympathetic which kept me reading. It was a nice easy read, something of a page turner--great for waiting in line or for soccer practice to be over.

However, if you are looking for a mystery that is going to keep you in suspense--forget about it!! I had the ending pegged a third of the way through. You're only reading to confirm what you already know. Fern Michaels can do much better.

Summary: Absolutely Amazing!
Review: I don't know how Fern does it, but her books get better and better! Guest List was no exception to that rule. It's great from start to finsh. The characters and story line pulled me in from the first paragraph, and held me there till the last word! Fern Michael's books, and MUST READS!!! She never disappoints.

Summary: A definite page turner
Review: I liked the element of suspense which is something new for Fern Michaels books. The characters were real, the situation realistic and the animals wonderful. I know this is going to be a best seller. All my friends are reading it and like it as much as I did. Thanks for a great summer time read.

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: WAY TO PREDICTABLE!!
Review: I LOVED THIS BOOK! IT WAS SUSPENSEFUL ALL THE WAY THROUGH. AS SOON AS I THOUGHT I HAD IT ALL FIGURED OUT, SOMETHING WOULD CHANGE AND I WOULD THINK, "WELL THERE GOES THAT THEORY." I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Predictable but engrossing
Review: Like the other reviewers for this book, I unraveled the mystery in the first third of the book. Despite this, I still think the book is a worthy read because of the twists and turns in the fast-paced plot and the likeable main character, Abby.

Summary: A WASTE of time!
Review: This book is the absolute worst book by Fern Michaels I have read. I still have 50 pages to go and I've known "who-dunnit" for the last 200 pages. It irks me that the main characters are so utterly stupid. The storyline lags and the characters are significantly underdeveloped. I would have liked to have had more detail regarding Abby's surgery. She has the procedure done and then you don't find out the results for two chapters. And when it is finally mentioned it's only in passing. I have three young children and I love to read which means the only time I have available to really sit down and concentrate on a book is right before I go to sleep. My reading time is valuable and I'm thoroughly disappointed that I wasted time and money on this book. However, it was successful at putting me to sleep! If you want a good Fern Michaels read try the Texas trilogy-excellent!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Excellent read
Review: This book was excellent! I truly felt a connection with the character Abby due to her insecurity. Although the ending was kind of predictible, the storyline flowed very nicely. This was my first Fern Michaels book and certainly won't be my last!
