Review: Entertaining story with a very easy reading style. Having lived in the Cocoa Beach area I was delighted to find out more about it's history and the part the Banana River Naval Station played in World War II. I would highly recommend this book to anyone interested in learning more about the Navy's World War II Aviation training program.

Review: Having served in Naval Aviation during WW2 and stationed at Banana River Naval Air Station, I find the book most intereting and accurate.
I could hardly put the book down. It is the history of the base from its inception to now Patric Air Force Base. I recommend this book to all that served there and to those interested in Naval Aviation history!
