Review: This is a very literate tale that follows a young man's satisfying acceptance of his need to submit to female domination. It is an extremely evocative tale that entertains as it artfully reveals how his need to please his Dominant Governess and her respected friends leads him deeper into submission as they turn him into a proper English girl!

It is a very unusual erotic novel, which offers a lot more than the usual cliched "discipline school" type of the erotic with non-stop sex, and vulgar words. It is not a porn book so if you are looking for lots of very graphic and explicit sex scenes, don't buy this book. However, if you like a Victorian setting, with a femdom leaning then you might like this. It also offers food for thought on the nature of female dominance and the role of love between a dominant female and a man who worships her.

This novel is an unsparingly detailed slice of life, from that time in England when wealthy gentleman, their ladies and servants, isolated in vast, lonely mansions, more than occasionally surrendered to the surging, sensual passions they locked inside themselves. Here is Diane D'Erebe, brutal, sadistic French governess of Holywell Hall, a large country house inhabited by a nest of governesses who ensure that corrective training and enforced cross-dressing are carried out. Her unbridled animal lusts beat the whimpering protests of a struggling young aristocrat into gut wrenching groans of slavering ecstasy. In the flash of an eye we now find Master Charles' strong headed willfulness and incessant teasing of buxom lasses dealt with by her new governess.

There, under the guidance of his mentors, Charles gives himself over to total sensual abandon. Charles of course finds little time to think of escape, though he does to some extent complain, and ultimately finds himself a slave to his own body and his body's unquenchable desire. The author takes the reader gently down that slippery slope as we watch and vicariously enjoy Charles' total surrender and ultimate ravishing and abandonment. The eroticism of Master Charles' conversion to a proper English girl dressed in woman's finery, re-christened "Jenny", is the best that I have ever read and sizzles ...

However I wonder why all these femdom tales have sad endings, where the man returns to his world and spends the rest of his life yearning for the powerful female or she is brought around to the reality that she just needs a strong man.

You'll get some sizzling scenes and shudder-some tortures. A bit too much bondage, whipping, and other punishments for my taste, but this is BDSM after all. However there is some description of water sports, which wasn't the topic I wanted to read...

There is no explicit sex in it till the last page. However, as a whole, the titillating sexual activity described in the novel is nearly continuous and arousing. There is a lot of bondage, humiliation and non-consensual activity along with sensitive exploration of the hero's thoughts and feelings.

This fine tale of dominance and submission will ring true to dominant women and those who love them. Even if your kink is not of the fem-dom bent, but you appreciate a good, creative story, you might just become a fan.
