Summary: This book can change your life!
Review: A friend sent me this book last week, and I could not put it down. This is a story about the man we know as Jesus Christ and the incredible people who brought him into our world. Told in novel format, (and incredibly well written--Oy! the descriptions of the surroundings!) the book tells a coming of age story of Mary and the trials she endures on her path to becoming a woman, and eventually the mother of Jesus. Absent, however are the old ideals of Christianity that have held court for centuries teaching people to live in fear , repenting for their sins. This is instead a story about living in love, and the incredible people who brought a loving man into our history. It changed my life, and can change forever how you view women in history.

Summary: Revolutionary Dreams
Review: Can dreams reveal deliberately suppressed truths about our human heritage? After reading Susan Christine Hay's "Dreams of the Heart", I believe they can. This revolutionary book will change the way we view our entire existence. Hold on to your seat because you will be swiftly transported back into history. With uncanny precision, Hay penetrates one family's ancestral patterns and unveils a plot that literally rewrites history as we know it today. The story is intricately woven with dramatic threads of dark versus light, and good versus evil; an ancient adventure in mystical locations with just the right dose of forbidden fruit, family dysfunction, spirituality, raw truth, incest and intrigue.

The scene is perfectly set for a man and woman from different parts of the world to join together against all odds. The fruits of their union bring forth a son destined to become an enlightened Master - whose purpose is to lift the veil that has shrouded and suppressed feminine energy for thousands of years. Dare to imagine the most important man in history becoming an advocate for women. What if one of our world's greatest spiritual leaders had actually attempted to break patriarchal chains on earth? Are Susan Christine Hay's intense and profound recurring dreams, journaled over time, a message from Source to remind us of this truth?

Summary: A TOTAL waste of time!
Review: I've read more interesting novels written for 4th graders. It was trite, lacked any hint of historical facts, the dialogues were silly, the characters lacked substance, and so on.The author had me expecting that at some point Maria would say something like "gee, golly."

I'd like a refund. Really.

Summary: Deep healing and lots of fun!
Review: The story reads so quickly, yet the depth of my emotions was tremendous. My heart and soul were warmed, bathed in incredible love, and healed as I experenced this story. The emotions Maria felt and her expereinces were very real to me. The change in her mother was so incredible, and her father's actions were amazing! I am eager to read Susan's next book.

Summary: Deep healing and lots of fun!
Review: This book is a fascinating journey full of colour, emotions and absorbing characters. The story provides a setting that humanises Jesus's mother, Mary, in a way most woman can relate to despite the historical context. This is the first time that Mary is portrayed as a real human of strength and determination. It seems fitting that only such a woman could give birth to Jesus Christ.

I only hope book two is soon on the shelves!
