Summary: Refreshing
Review: After reading this book within a twenty-four hour period, four words came to mind, "thank you Timmothy McCann." It was so refreshing to read this skillfully crafted tale of love. Kudos to Mr. McCann for strong character development, making it easy to get lost in the characters world. You understand Betty's resistance to love, feel her vulnerability and marvel at her strength. Drew, oh boy, the man single women everywhere are waiting to exhale with. I was extremely impressed with Drew's morality, and his ability to do the right thing in regard to Zelma. I found all the characters to be realistic, from Evander's unsavory machinations, Peggy's sisterly ways, Felicia's ambivalence about her feelings for Drew to Jacqui's take no prisoners attitude. The icing on the cake was the use of the internet to develop Drew and Betty's relationship. Proving once again that love is not about the physical, but two souls connecting on a spirtual level. I highly recommend this book to anyone, but be careful as Timmothy also teases you with a taste of his poetic melody. This book leaves you with the renewed feeling of, you never know how or when-"Until. . ." >>

Summary: Excuse me, Excuse me, Excuse me, Excuse me, Excuse me, Excus
Review: Am I missing the plot here. Sweet Jesus on the cross. I have never been more bored reading a book in all my life. Wasn't it page 83 before the reader was introduced to DLast Romeo again. Page Turner ???? I couldn't wait for the book to finish. I don't even want to add insult to injury by counting how many pages involved DLast Romeo and the main character. I would say that it is a different kind of romance book but the author is taking a big risk assuming that the average reader has the patience to stick with the book to the end. I mean the ending - straight out of a trashy romance novel.

What did i think ? - I wasn't impressed at all.

Summary: Made me laugh out loud, made me cry and kept me on the edge.
Review: High kudo's to a promising and talented new author! I checked out the web page, read the teaser and counted the days until....it was released.

One word....FABULOUS!

I sat down and read it straight through and was amazed at the authors ability to delve so deeply into the minds and hearts of each of his characters. It is a touching love story with enough twists, to make it a 5 ticket ride.

Great story line, great character development, quick wit, high octane emotional ride, but the best part...the characters were so real, that I would love to have these two women in my corner.

This is a talented man, yes a man, that can write a romantic story...I know it sounds unbelievable...but it's true! Great dialog that makes you stop and think, with rich fully developed characters, and a very plausible plot. Timmothy is a promising new author which has just been elevated to my highest accolades of "one of the most favorite authors."

Pick this book up for the beach, grab a fine bottle of wine and lose yourself in the story.

Summary: If you wnt to connect to your own heart again...read Until!
Review: Just a note of gratitude to Timmothy B. McCann for his gift of writing. It's been a while since I have read and two days ago, I felt led to Until...even though I had heard about it over two years ago. It is said that when the student is ready, the teacher will appear. I had somehow forgotten about that connection btwn my head and my heart and reading Until helped me to reconnect to the essence of myself. Yes...a book can do that! Timmothy has a way of articulating the essence of a woman't heart (and mind) and giving all who read a peek inside. If you ever wanted a sensitive perspective of intimacy within a relationship...healing after a loss and or betrayal...believing in love...the bond of friendship...read Until...you will not be disappointed!!

Summary: E Lynn and Eric Dickey Had A BABY!
Review: Okay now that I have your attention, thats what I thought when I read the last page of Until. I am a big fan of Nicholas Sparks and the author of Bridges of Madison County. A year or so ago I was given a copy of If This World Were Mine and I started reading more and more contemporay african american literature. Then I was in the store and saw this beautiful cover which immediately caught my eye and the question, 'Have you ever meet someone for the first time . . .and knew just how much you missed them.' After reading that I was hook like a wide mouth bass.

Then I opend the book to read while I cooked dinner for my family. I read while my favorite show Friends was on. I missed all of ER and even read through Leno. I have set my schedule to be home to watch TV on Thursday's but this was one week I had a book that was more important than 'Can't Miss T.V!'

Timmothy's writing style is different. He has the passion of E Lynn, the romantic Story lines of Sparks, the wit of Eric Dickey and he even subtly works in social issues like Omar Tyree. With so many average books on the shelves its good to see one which as Dickey proclaims, 'Stands Head and Shoulders above the rest.' Thank you Timmothy for bringing yet another inventive and exciting new voice to todays literature.

Summary: Slow But Moving
Review: The first 3 chapters had me somewhat confused as to who the main characters were going to be because they talked about Betty and Evander in away that led me to beleive he was a main character not a supporting one. Not until the end of chapter 4 did I get the since that it was Drew and Betty. It too long to get to the hook. After chapter 4 I couldn't wait to see what was going to take place next. If we could all have a friend to talk to the way Betty and Drew did, before they finally met each other. I am going to start reading the sequel Forever tonight, I only hope it gets off to as better start.

Summary: GREAT READ
Review: This book was an exciting and easy read.
The book is about a lawyer, Betty, who wants love in her life, but in a sense she is scared because she has never been in love before. She meets a distinguished man that owns his own bakery, Evander, and she falls hard for him, even though she doesn't want to. Things start to get very serious between Betty and Evander, but Betty starts to sense that something fishy is going on with Evander because of the way he begins to act. This is when Betty starts to use the Internet chat room and she meets DLASTROMEO. Well it turns out that DLASTROMEO is a man named Drew that has recently lost his fiance to cancer.
Until is a great love story about two adults that are searching for love.

Summary: Wonderful read
Review: Timothy McCann's ability to speak from a woman's point of view was remarkable. I have read many novels written by men that are about women -- but don't quite capture what a woman would say, think or feel. Mr. McCann nailed it! I loved this book and would highly recommend it
