Oh my God!
Baby Momma Drama was such a good book. I couldn't put the book down, it's such a page turner. It took me two days to finish the entire book. Once I finished reading it I told everybody that I knew to read it.I passed the book on to my sister, my aunt and my boyfriends sister and they all loved it and told their friend about it.
This book was wonderful it had me screaming, crying, laughting, and literally kicking upunder the covers as I laid in bed reading it. The book was the BOMB!

Rating: Summary: The Perfect Beach Book Review: As a white, fairly conservative librarian, one might not think a book entitled Baby Momma Drama would really captivate me. But that person would be wrong.
My husband and I fought playfully over our copy of BMD during our last vacation to Jamaica. It truly is the perfect vacation read. I'm now hooked on the genre and have begun to read Omar Tyree as well. The themes and characters in BMD are more inner city than Tyree's "Do Right Man." However, both authors are careful not to paint their characters too one-dimensionally. The book is rife with paradox, people moving on up and backsliding. Having come from a Russian literature background, I also appreciated the big cast of [main] characters and the way everything tied together in the end.
If you love movies like "Deliver Us From Eva," you will love BMD. Much like "Deliver Us From Eva", BMD delivers an excellent treatment of sisterly love (and serves up some excellent villains as well!) --- ENJOY!
Rating: Summary: this is drama Review: I am going to say that this is one of the best novels I had ever read!! it was truly a page turner!! I finished the book in one day because I was so intruiged!! I couldn't believe have the drama that was going on but we all have to admit that we know someone like atleast one of these characters!! esp Jasmine!! We see them all over.. My question is why didn't any of the other women in her life ever set her straight in the first place.. I mean her girls knew what was goin on and they let her basically humiliuate herself and then one of her so-called best friends did her dirty too... Now with stephanie I think she was the most ungreatful baby mommas in this book.. she never cared about travis or the damn kids in the first place because if she did she woould had not disrespected none of them in the way she did.. dylan was cool but he did need a reality check of some sorts!! Travis was a good man but he probably thought that a way to a womans heart is buying her materialistic things.. in which it is not.. He should not had been suprised that Stephanie went back to her ex because he knew how to get to her mind and get her where he wanted her... If I were him I would of took the kids with him because it is obvious stephanie never cared about them either.. overall this was a good book. It will make you laugh and think that these characters were somebody in your neighborhood..

Rating: Summary: did you hear that? Review: Reading this book was like have a glass up to the wall. it seems like the people and the problems were real.
Rating: Summary: STRAIGHT UP DRAMA Review: This story is basically about two sisters and their relationship drama with lovers and baby momma/daddy. Jasmine has rose colored glasses on when it comes to her boyfriend Derrick who is a drug dealer who she trys to be commited to for the 3 years he is locked up. That is where Dylan comes in who, by the way, has a hell raising person in his life. Dylan is a nice guy. Stephanie is your stereotypical project gal until she meets a nice guy. She has a child by another guy named Malek. Malek causes all kind of drama. Will Stephanie let her baby's daddy come between her new relationship? You'll have to read it. This book is just filled with twists and turns and relationship drama. Jasmine wants to trust Derrick, but is he worth it? Dylan loves his X, and then meets Jasmine. What will happen? Stephanie is in many ways battling between her past life and what she wants for her future. I read this book in 2 days. It is full of DRAMA!!
Rating: Summary: Just Plain Drama! Review: This was an excellent fast pace read and I recommend it to other bookclubs.Baby Momma Drama consists of several Main Characters. Jasmine who is dealing with her Drug Dealer Boyfriend Derrick and his Baby Momma Wendy. Jasmine finds herself falling in love with Dylan while Derrick is in jail but Dylan has drama of his own by dealing with trying to get over his ex-girlfriend Monica. Then there is Travis who is dating Jasmine's sister Stephanie who can't seem to stay away from her baby's daddy Malek. Stephanie risks her securee future with Travis by constantly getting tangled up in lies concerning her relationship with Malek. Will anyone be happy in the end? Hmmm .... You'll just have to read this hard to put down book. There are so many twists and turns it will have you glued to each page. Carl Weber has definitely done it again . I am looking forward to the sequel to Married Men in 2004 called Player Haters.
Rating: Summary: All that Drama Review: This was basicallly the story of two sisters and their love lives, told from the perspectives of Jasmine (the older sister), Stephanie (the younger sister), Travis (Stephanie's fiance & newest baby's father), and Dylan (the jaded yet sweet-as-pie business owner who meets Jasmine). They are all out for the same thing: Love. But, they all get burned by the flames of lust. (Any further detail would spoil the story.)
One of the interesting things about this novel is the relationship between the two sisters. At first they are at each other's throats but later in the novel they closer and more understanding of each other. They have both made mistakes in their lives when it comes to the men they love and they learn that they must accept, support, and love each other before they can lead a successful relationship with anyone else.
The grandmother, Big Momma, serves as the glue that wholes the drama filled family together with her blount, tough love approach. She only wants the best for her girls.
I suggest that everyone read this book. Yes, it is full of drama but it is also hillarious at times and heartfelt at others. This really made me examine life and love.
