Review: The characters and descriptions in this beautifully written book are so clear that it seems almost movie like. I was totally absorbed from the very first page. The book simply transports the reader to another time and place. I am looking forward to Ann Howard Creel's next book. She is a gifted storyteller, and hopefully will be writing more.
