Review: Its a shame that the dvds and videos of only fools and horses are not avalible to buy in the USA, because it is quite simply the greatest TV comedy ever. As for the book, you cant go wrong, details on all the characters, episodes, sets atc. No Brit or american should be without it. Brilliant.
