Rating: Summary: Over-all a fast paced and enjoyable, prophetic novel. Review: The Jerusalem Scrolls is an above average prophetic novel, dealing with prophecy concerning the Millenium. There seems to be an inordinate amount of these kinds of stories out right now, for obvious reasons. I liked this one because it attempts to explore the "End of Time" questions from 3 diametrically opposed religious viewpoints. It tries to validate each religion. Yet, also exposes the inherent prejudices that exist within each religious/cultural framework, and how those prejudices determine each person's "take" on prophecy. The characters are likeable and the story is fast-paced. I only wish I had realized there would be a sequel beforehand. I have visions of the series stretching into several books, much as the Left Behind series has.
