Summary: LOL
Review: Shannon's story was funny and touching. Her attempts at using humour to hide behind were things I could readily identify with. I loved her therapist and the interesting relationship they developed and her take on life. If we could all be so honest life would be easier to handle.

Review: Our heroine is also named Shannon Olson, even though it's fiction. I didn't quite get that, but oh well. Her life isn't perfect which is exactly what makes her human and enjoyable, especially given that she's quick to laugh at herself. Nothing better than an honest writer who keeps things moving along! This book is heavily into the mom - daughter relationship and it makes for an amusing time. We also read about her adventures with a long suffering (and sometimes boorish) psychologist as well as two of Shannon's love affairs. There is a bit of profanity that wasn't needed, but this book is true to life, imminently readable, and humorous. Enjoy!

Summary: Wow
Review: I picked this book up on a whim, and was very happy I did. I laughed out loud at the trip to the aquarium. I enjoyed the MN scadinavian references. (Not just the "Fargo" type) Of course, passed it on to several friends who liked it too!
