Rating: Summary: Came up Short Review: As a cheerleader at Southern Trinity College, Brynn Montgomery had fought her attraction to their football team's star player, Cody Jones. She had been dating his roommate, Rex, but Cody had always been there, waiting for his moment to strike. One night, Brynn gave in to his lusts but when hunky quarterback Rex found out, a huge scandal erupted. Ten years later, Brynn returns to teach at the college, but to her horror finds that Cody is the football coach and her old flame Rex the manager of a rival team. Soon, Brynn is caught up in a clash of pads, a shimmer of pom-poms and the lust of healthy athletes. However, Cody is still a wolfish predator and neither man is going to let Brynn forget what she did that fateful night back in high school.Let me tell you why I am giving this a less than good review. First off the author posed all sorts of opportunities for sex but didn't take them up. She mentioned all these hot football players and students and that was it. Brynn the main character only had sex like three times in the whole book. Sex with other characters was mentioned but after it had already happened. This read like a regular romance novel not the black lace books I have come to love. I am only giving it two stars because deep down I still love a romantic ending which was the only plus of this book.If you don't care for that then definitely skip it.
Rating: Summary: Touchdown! Review: I found this book to be a great read. It was sexy, entertaining -- and most importantly, it had a PLOT. Stories where a character bed hops for twelve chapters leave me cold. Erotica should be more than that. This story has it all: betrayal, forbidden attraction, high-powered testosterone, redemption, romance, and plenty of steamy encounters. If you enjoy well-written erotica, this is a book for you.
Rating: Summary: If you're tired of reading penthouse letters ... Review: then this is probably a good book for you to enjoy ...
Ok so the trashy 'trailer park' girl comes back to her university to teach and then of course finds that the ex football star is now the coach and his manners haven't changed much through the years .... and I always thought that men get better with age ....
OK so is this book trashy ... yes ... is this book full of people that have the personality depth of a hamster .. yes ... what more can I say except that I promise not to buy any more from this author ....
