Review: Next to the "coldest winter ever" By Sista Souljah. This was my next favorite! I have recommended this book to all my friends and they have loved it as well now they come to me asking me what to read next. So just pick it up read it and I'm sure you will feel the same.

Review: THIS NOVEL HAS SUBJECTED THE MOST REALISTIC POINT OF VIEWS THEN ANY OTHER BOOK I'VE READ IN A WHILE.THIS NOVEL IS A PAGE TURNER AND KEEPS YOU WANTING MORE IN THE END.I FELT AS IF I WERE IN THE BOOK AND THE SITUATIONS THAT WERE OCCURRING WERE REALLY HAPPENING.B-MORE CAREFUL SHOWED THE LIFE OF CRIME,SEX,VIOLENCE,AND DRUGS IN AN IMPOWERING AND REALISTIC WAY.SHANNON HOLMES GAVE AN EXCELLENT VIEW OF A LIFE OF MANY OBSTACLES AND CONFLICT.THE CHARACTERS IN THIS NOVEL WERE SO REAL AND STRAIGHT UP WITH THE DRAMAS OF LIFE AND HUSTLING.THEY SHOWED A GREAT DEAL OF STUGGLE IN SURIVIVING THE BAD THINGS AFTER ANOTHER BAD THING.THE AUTHOR SIMPLY GAVE READERS A REASON TO READ THIS BOOK IN THE WAY THE LANGUAGE SUITS YOUNG READERS FROM AGES 15 AND UP.THIS NOVEL KEPT ME WONDERING ABOUT LIFE AND WHAT PEOPLE HAVE TO DO TO SURVIVE IN GOOD AND BAD DAYS AND TIMES.

Summary: B-More Careful
Review: B-More Careful, is a definite re-reader. Shannon Holmes first shot was a no miss, she brought to life a story of street life, love, hate, friendship, jeolousy, and greed. Growing up in the "hood" her characters experience the everyday struggle of survival in Baltimore. Holmes does an outstanding job making sure her readers have a clear understanding of each of her characters. This book is action felt and never has a dull moment. I recommend B-More Careful, to all people of all backgrounds, it truly will brings those who are naive about street life to a great realization. I am hoping to see more of Holmes' work very soon.

Review: I loved the book b-more careful I thought that the book was very exciting. I finished the book in one night-before this book i read the coldest winter ever by sista souljah and i thought no book could ever be better than that one. But i was wrong shannon holmes came correct, the book was raw, full of detail, entertaining, and i would recommend it to everyone who enjoys being black and who has love for the streets. I give this book 10 stars and look foward to reading more by shannon holmes as well as other urban lit ghetto lit authors.

Summary: I like it, I like it, I like it
Review: I would give this book 4.5 stars if I could. It was a really short read, which I did not mind at all. The author is often very vague in different parts of the book. For example, he may not share feelings or thoughts of certain characters, almost like he was rushing to write it. The story line kept me interested. I know that there are people in the country that do live these lives and I love to look in for a time. His technique was unique. He started in the present and then moved back in time until he caught up with where he left you and continued from there. If you like books like...The Coldest Winter Ever, then you should also like this one. All I have to say is I like it, I like it, I like it. I am passing this one on to my friends.

Review: this book was good. it wasnt all that i have read better. netta and her crew deserved wat they got when they tried to play the game and the game ended up playin them and at the end netta had to pay the ultimate price! almost her life. i didnt like the ending one bit . it defiantely could of been much better but overall good job !

Review: O.k now this book was ok but, i have read better. i did not like the way the story really ended. i really did not care for the charters. i am from b-more myself so i can relate to the places where they were and i understood that. if you want to read the best book in the world read true to the game !!!

Review: THIS BOOK WAS 5 S*T*A*R*S, I COULD NOT PUT IT DOWN I WOULD READ IT IN THE BATHROOM,HAIRDRESSER,CAR,STOP LIGHT, AND WORK. IT WAS A PAGE TURNER. THE CHARACTERS HAD YOU WRAPPED UP IN THE PAGES. THE MAIN CHARACTERS MIMI,NETTA, AND BLACK. THESES CHARACTERS WANTED MONEY, RESPECT AND LOVE. A THEY ALL RECIEVED IT ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. GET THIS BOOK IT IS THE DA BOMB!
