Summary: A Quick Read...!!!!
Review: I was compelled to read this book after the author forwarded me an excerpt. Threesome was a definite page-turner and packed a lot of story in a few pages; however, the writing style was very simple and there were areas that could have been better developed (Sasha's relationship with her father and son, her mental welfare/psychological evaluations). I didn't feel her promiscuous actions were justifiable enough with the sketchy explanations received. I was disappointed at the ending, which just didn't tie everything together for me. I don't feel that this was a bad book by any means, but it could have been much better. Read the book for yourself before you read the reviews...Over-hyped, just like Addicted!

Summary: This is a Jawdropper
Review: You can tell by the first few pages that this is not your ordinary run-of-the-mill novel. The book takes you on a journey with the main character, Sasha a professional woman in her 30's. Brenda L. Thomas makes no apologies for her character, she just lets her be. She writes with a freedom that sets her apart from other writers. It makes you think; what, is it really like that? So if you want a good book with great detail and real language without all the usual cliches pick up Threesome: Where Seduction, Power and Basketball Collide. I'm glad I did.

Summary: Not at all!
Review: I didn't like the way this book started, but I kept reading. I finally had my fill when she slept with her employer. I find these type book annoying, so I gave it away.

Summary: So So
Review: This was just ok....I think because it had some much drama that happened before the previous drama ended made it seemed rushed. Essentially all the main character did was sleep with several men and the only sub plot developed was with her son. I'd be curious to see the author devote more effort to developing an actual story line, I think she is a talented writer.

Review: Not the best book in the world, but a good, quick read. If you are looking for something fast paced this is for you. If you are looking for quality reading material- look elsewhere. This book will keep you engaged, but provides no lasting effects.

Summary: Writing That Crackles With Eroticism
Review: Threesome, by Brenda L Thomas chronicles the often self destructive adventures of Sasha. A thirty something, successful, single woman who makes relationship choices which often end in disastrous consequences for herself and others. The book begins with the suicide of another man's wife after the poor woman discovers Sasha and her husband together in bed. This event becomes the catalyst for a series of encounters, including Sasha's violent and stormy affair with her new boss, an up and coming young NBA basketball star. As each event transpires Thomas gives us clues about Sasha's past. These clues help the reader to understand Sasha and her behavior. Thomas shows real skill in her ability to depict an emotionally unstable woman on the brink of middle age without casting judgment. Thomas neither asks us to hate or forgive Sasha as a lesser writer would. When the end of Sasha's story comes Thomas remains true to Sasha's past behavior. At times the writing crackles with eroticism. Threesome is a page turner.

Summary: "reality fiction"...
Review: Not since JD Mason's And On the Eighth Day She Rested, have I read such a powerful page-turner about the choices women make and the lifestyles they (choices) create! Brenda Thomas has done avid readers a "solid" by penning this 138-page wonder! It hits hard and spares no punches! The story is captivating and the characters intriguing! Seduction, power and basketball weaved together to create "reality fiction"! Phoenix, Sasha...and everything in between!

Awesome, Brenda!

Summary: GET THIS BOOK
Review: I couldn't put this book down. It normally takes me forever to get through a book, I finished it in 2 days. For me there was never a dull moment, Ms. Thomas kept me wanting more and more of Threesome. I didn't want the story to end. I'm on the edge of my seat waiting for her next novel, "Laying Down My Burdens."
Get this book. :)

Summary: Off the Hook
Review: Three words come to mind when I read this book: exciting, riveting and refreshing! Ms. Thomas is a great storyteller leaving the reader wondering what other adventures the character Sasha will have next. I hope there will be a sequel to "Threesome," if not I can't wait to see what Ms. Thomas' second book will be about.
