Summary: A page-turner!!!!!
Review: This book is extremely good. As my summaryt says it was a page turner just like the Horse Whisperer. He certainly has a talent and I will deffinately be buying his next book.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Couldn't put this book down
Review: This book has so many levels and interesting characters. I didn't want the story to end! Go out right now and read this book.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Even better than The Horse Whisperer !
Review: Nicholas Evans has given his readers a great story about an interesting, controversial subject. His character developement is better and the story more believable than his first novel, The Horse Whisperer. It is thoroughly enjoyable. Anyone who loves animals, and has a love of nature will appreciate this book. I can't wait for the next one!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Perfect summer fare
Review: Mr. Evans has proven that he is a top-flight story teller. "The Loop" ranks along with the "Horse Whisperer" as a superb novel. His characters seem to come alive and I couldn't help but cast the movie as I read the book. He has shown a knowledge of his subjects that would indicate long study. I had a little difficulty with the autumn/spring romance but this did not detract from the suspense created as the story moved along. Easily a five-star read!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: brilliantly vivid writing
Review: This book took my breath away. Nicholas Evans is an incredible artist. His talent to paint a picture from the perspective of not only the human characters but the animals as well is unmatchable. I absolutely loved this book.

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: I Like the Animals Better
Review: Author does a nice description of life in the wild, not so well with the anti-environmentalists as they come across as simply bad guys. I was not happy with the romantic liaison between a young student and our older heroine. Thought it a bit much and not very believable.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Two thumbs up from a former Montana rancher
Review: I loved it. As a craftsman, Nicholas Evans is a master. As an aspiring novelist, I can appreciate the skill neccessary to put together a decent story--it aint easy folks. As a work of fiction The Loop is an enjoyable read. Can't wait to see the movie.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: An exciting, touching book extremely well-written
Review: Nicholas Evans' second novel proves he is the finest writer to emerge for decades. "The Loop" may be even better than "The Horse Whisperer." Careful character development and colorful descriptive passages bring this novel to life. Evans also handles the plight of the wolves with a poignancy that touches the reader's heart. This book is one of the best I have ever read.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: It is the best book I've ever read
Review: I hope that when I have my examinations they will ask me about this book because I can tell them everything about this book. And if they ask me about this book I am sure I will graduate for English.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: A great book for anyone who loves animals and the west.
Review: Nicholas Evans is a great writer who leaves you hanging till the very last page. I think this book very well measures up to the Horse Whisperer. Evans always seems to throw in a little romance into a great story and here he does it again. He shows all the hardships that we have put our animals counterparts thruogh but also what the ranchers have decided to do with it. A great book and I would like to see more.
