Summary: I recommend this book to most of my female clients.
Review: Any woman who has searched for meaning, happiness and love will identify with Christine as she learns new commandments for living. Her struggles with herself and Joe as she tries on her new ego are familiar and heartwarming. This book offers inspiration, humor and hope for women who are stretching into their new selves.

Summary: A man's review
Review: This book was given to me by a female friend who shares a love of reading, as I do. Quite honestly, the title put me off a little. But after reading it, twice, I came away with a different view on a lot of issues relating to life and relationships on the whole and how women see the same things. I found it to be both inspirational and entertaining at the same time. Moving and thought provoking without being heavy handed or biased from a woman's perspective. My Christmas shopping encluded 10 copies which I gave as gifts, and I recieved several "Thank yous" after they had read it. Some of my friends even sent other copies to their friends. Very few books have actually impacted my life, but this one has. Not only has it reafirmed my belief that God does care about each of us, but that He has not lost His faith and there still is hope if we will just listen to what He has to say.

Summary: A very heart warming story
Review: Alot of times, people like to put God in a box and say, "this is what God is and this is what He isn't." But God is full of surprises, as this book illustrates. There were a few comments made by "Joe" that I didn't feel God Himself would actually say, but all the same, it was an incredible story about God's love for His people and how He truly does desire a personal relationship with each one of us. I read this book in about three hours... but it opened my eyes to world of things that I needed to change in my life. Even some of us who think we are the best christian examples need to learn to stop and smell the roses once in a while.

Summary: mas o menos

Summary: It was okay, but...
Review: I can't believe all the people who thought this was a great book. Perhaps they have read very few spiritual fables. I loved the opening part about the nurse's return home and her bad man (the surgeon) but after that it got really ho-hum. I mean, been there, done that! The lesson: love yourself first and foremost was a good one, but after one page, it was transmitted, transmuted and transferred. This is one of those fluffy, airy books that could have gone much deeper, but didn't. Those who wish to find true inspiration in a small book should try The Four Agreements by Miguel Ruiz. Now there's a great one!

Summary: Is a reference guide to put our ego's in the correct side
Review: My girl friend go away very far from me because of the pressure of her parents about our relation and the past that came with me. One day I read the book and recomend her by e-mail to read it too, 2 days later she advise me she'll be back this current week. This book can transform our way of thinking about life, thank you Christine and Thank you Joan Brady

Summary: Wonderfully light and uplifting
Review: This book is a must for every woman. It is so uplifting with humor intermixed which leaves you feeling great. It makes you truly appreciate the small things in life and those around us.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: A mirror image of thoughts and emotions hiding in all of us.
Review: Too often people say they are searching for something. Many forms and levels of love toward one another is possible. Physical love is too easy and not gratifying to the human spirit, only to the ego. Right on target, Joan Brady. Thanks for sharing and enlightening.

Summary: Excellent Reading!
Review: This is book is down to earth and easy to read. I couldn't put it down, read it in an hour and a half. It gives you hope, and a way to achieve your inner dreams in a realistic manner. I felt this book was written just for me. It reminds the reader of what is important in life and shows you that with a little blind faith you can achieve anything in this world. All we have to do is believe in ourselves and a Higher Power. I could totally identify with the charactor and couldn't wait to read what happened next. I have recommended this book to many people I know.

Summary: A "Must Read" Book!!!!
Review: This book is so great! I found it by mistake while looking for books on woman bikers-so I thought! I think it was meant for me to read this book. I was going through some very tough times both physical and emotional and this book helped me to stop and take a look at my life. In the book, God comes back to earth as a good looking, sensitive, loving man who happens to be a biker. He is personally visiting with everyone on a one-on-one basis to let them know that he is real and to give them their own set of commandments. This book hit so close to home that I could have been the main character. While I personally love the image of God coming back as a biker, this book is for everyone-not just bikers. In fact, I bought a copy and have passed it to a friend, who passed it to a friend, etc., etc., To date, my very worn out copy, has now been read by over 21 people that I know of and some have started their own "pick me up" reading circles. All this within 3 weeks. The book is easy to read and very enjoyable. Once you read this one, read the sequel- "Heaven in High Gear". I can't wait for the sequel to "Heaven in High Gear" if there is going to be one. I HOPE SO!!!!
