Review: OK I will say this, the book was good. I will not take any credit from him. I just thought he rushed the ending. Throughout the book everything was well laid out. I think he felt that his book was long and took the easy way out and ended it. I will not tell you about the ending but I mean next time Take Ya Time. All in All the book was good.

Review: Tender was a young innocent girl who turned into a bad girl. Kat is bad to the bone she makes the book very interesting. Kat made the book movie worthy. Kat's character was so real, she was a real backstabber, a true hustler. Throughout the book you'd wonder what Kat would do next. This book is action packed along with having a message. I found this book so interesting that I'm going out to get B-More Careful. This goes beyond drama, it's character driven. Pick it up today.

Summary: It was ok but I think I saw the movie already...
Review: From the beginning til about 3/4ths through, I thought I was reading a sketchy book version of The Players Club then towards the end I just wanted it to be over. The book started very detailed and then got speedy towards the end which made the ending rushed and corny. In all fairness, B-More Careful was soooooooooo great that I'm willing to keep reading Shannon Holmes' books. Check it out - it is a page turner and worth a "quick" read.... for the record I was torn between 3 and 4 stars... so I give this one 3 1/2.

Review: I have read all of Shannon Holmes books and they are all great. I appreciate the way you put " a spin on pimpin" I have never read a book that showed how triflin some women can be. Also it goes to show you that women need to B'More Careful who they call friends. Job well done Mr.Holmes and I can't wait for the next.I highly recommend this book! It's a page turner!

SHANNON YOU TOLD A VERY GOOD STORY ON HOW A WOMAN CAN MAKE SOME GOOD MONEY OFF OF MAN WE SHOULD NEVER BE BROKE. HA HA HA . I LOVE ALL THE WOMAN IN THE BOOK. Review: First i want to start by saying Shannon Holmes you did it with this book, i read this book in one day, i really enjoyed the stories about kat, goldie, and tender. i just wished it went on a little longer because i was getting into the book and before i new it i was finish, i love all of the characters, but i really loved tender because everyone unestimated her. can't wait for the next book to come out.

Summary: Not Nearly As Good As B-More Careful!
Review: I had high-hopes for this book and was very disappointed. I waited and waited for it to come out -- Rushed right over to the bookstore only to find out that Shannon Holmes 2nd novel isn't nearly as good as the first one. It started off with a disturbing rape scene including vaginal blood --eww..yuk....and floundered the rest of the way through the story. People came in and out of the story, but it never told what happen to them. And the writing was much different than in B-More Careful! I don't know what it was, but it wasn't smooth like the first one. I don't know, maybe he was just rushing to get it out. I do love Shannon Holmes' first book and would highly recommend it to anyone. And I will give him another chance on the next one as well. Maybe I just had too high of an expectation that wasn't met.
