Summary: I can't wait for book 6 Armageddon!!!!
Review: Back cover blurb:

Trek Mi Q'an 4 - No Escape
Kara Q'ana Tal has been promised in marriage to Cam K'al Ra since she was a few months old. Determined to experience freedom rather than marriage,Kara flees from Cam and seeks refuge within the matriarichal planet of Galis.

With the blessing of Kara's father, the emperor,Cam sets out to track his wayward bride down, determined to claim her for all time.

Trek Mi Q'an 5 - No Fear
Mousy, modern day librarian Brynda Mitchell doesn't lead a very exciting life... yet.

I have to say I reccamend this book to any and all who have been reading the Trek Mi Q'an series. Jaid Black breathes a world of life onto the pages of her novels. Books 4&5 of this series are connected with her previes books of the series, so you must have AT LEAST read book 1-"The Empress' New Clothes"(5 stars!), book 2-"No Mercy"(5 stars!!), and book 3-"Enslaved"(5 stars!!!). All of these novels are incredibly steamy, with a great sense of humor, and an even better plot line. I loved it! And im sure you will too.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: An Easy and Interesting Read
Review: This particular book contains two shorter stories: "No Escape" and "No Fear". After reading "The Empress' New Clothes", I didn't have high expectaions for other stories in this series. I was pleasantly surprised. In addition to Kara and Brynda'a stories, the mystery of Kyra's long lost sister(introduced in the first novel) was further explored. In many ways, "Conquest" developed the stories' characters more thoroughly than Ms. Black was able to do in her longer novels, and for the first time, (especially in "No Fear") it wasn't just one lusty scene after another, but instead the romance aspect seemed to be in the spotlight. I would recommend "Conquest" and will make an attempt at other novels in the Trek MiQ'an series.

Summary: MMM MMM Good! Where's the next one?
Review: Trek Mi Q'an is such a great series. It brings the sexy like few other romantica writers do. She has a great way of keeping multiple storylines afloat while introducing new characters and conflicts. She also handles the whole Dom male-romance thing well. Her men are dominant but caring, strong but loving, and they LISTEN. Her books are a tribute to strong women, tough men, and the great relationships that happen between them.

Is it wrong to hope that a manly giant takes ME away???
