Summary: Great Book, But Don't Believe Everything You Read
Review: I loved this book and, like many people, I couldn't put it down. I highly recommend reading it. It is a thoughtful, well written, intelligently constructed novel. Dan Brown is either a genius, or had a great deal of help constructing the cryptography of this book. To those who view it with religious disdain I say this: It is a work of fiction and you know it. To create this world, Dan Brown has included some not quite truths that work with the internal logic of the story. That is fine, we expect that of an author. To those who disbelieve him, I say this: It is possible. Highly bloody unlikely, but possible. This is an incredible book-read it and judge it on its merits, but do not judge it without reading it.

Summary: Page Turner!
Review: I loved this book more than I had imagined I would. I couldn't put it down! I kept telling myself that I would just finish this chapter and do something else - impossible. Facinating and mysterious at the same time. I was sad to finally reach the end. A great book for a friend in the hospital or on bed rest!

Summary: Wonderful
Review: I loved this book! Don't read it if you are looking for a textbook, but only as a light read that also deals with the real role of christianity. Despite small plot flaws, this thriller is fun and a great introduction to the grail story.

Summary: Fascinating, to say the least....
Review: I loved this book! I heard the uproar surrounding it, and decided to check it out for myself. It was so much better than I expected. Before I read this one, though, I read Angels & Demons. It set the stage. Amazing. I didn't think it could any better. I was wrong. The Da Vinci Code blew me away!!
If you've read the book, you have to check out Dan Brown's website. www.danbrown.com
There are some fascinating facts, pictures, and an incredible game. Game seems too light a word. More of a treasure hunt along the lines of the adventure Robert and Sophie took. It led me all over the internet, and I certainly learned a few things.

Summary: Fast Paced and Highly Intelligent
Review: I loved this book! It is refreshing to find a best-selling author who can actually write well. The plot is intriguing and the characters believeable. Even though I was quite familiar with the theories presented, the author managed to make it all seem fresh, new, and exciting. I could not put this book down. It even inspired me to buy everthing else than Dan Brown has written and I have been favorably impressed with all of his other books. It seems that I have a new favorite author!

Summary: Entertaining Reading
Review: I loved this book! When I read, I want to be totally involved with the story and the characters, and in this book, I was. It reminded me of James Patterson's book- The Jester, which was also very good. I only have time to read at night and want to be relaxed and entertained.I was also captured as I became more involved in this wonderful mystery. I thought it was a great read. I think you will enjoy it too.

Summary: Mind-Blowing and Masterful
Review: I loved this book, and I am not normally a big fan of the "thriller"/mystery genre.

The writing is fast-paced and easily digested, and the plot moves quickly. But I think I liked it best because the puzzles the characters are presented with (and therefore you, the reader, as well) are so intriguing, and I learned so much I didn't know.

I know the book is controversial, and although based on some facts, it is a work of fiction...but still, it gives one some food for thought that challenges some long-standing assumptions that are just taken for granted about Jesus, the Catholic Church, famous paintings, various religious and political figures, and symbols you grew up with and probably never even thought about.

Dan Brown gets my vote for a rare author who can create unqiue, entertaining characters, move a plot forward quickly with hooks galore, and make you think and learn at the same time. I definitely plan to read more of his books!

Summary: Awesome
Review: I loved this book, but of course, I love historical fiction. I read it in like 48 hours because I just got into it. Afterwards, I had to go out and buy like 5 more books, researching different things he mentioned that interested me. Dan Brown knows his stuff! Definately recommended, all my friends love it too!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Mystery, Suspense, and Speculation
Review: I LOVED this book, so much I purchased all the author's other works. The best part about this book is that all the research and secrets are true! Many other reviewers have noted the similiarities to Holy Blood, Holy Grail, but even the author himself quotes from the book. He's not trying to restate what others have said, but map his story around the subject. Intense and intriguing, a great read.
