Summary: An Author That Apparently Knows A Lot of Celebrities!
Review: I noticed in the first book of this series, Ms. Murray acknowledged Baseball Hall-of-Famer Johnnie Bench. And, in this, the second-book of The Lambert Series, she acknowledges; Bill Cosby, Rich Little, Bob Siger & The Silver Bullet Band, Waylon Jennings, Chuck Mangione, Victor Borge, and (the late) John Denver. Wow! That must be some special autographed item these people signed for her. I bet it must be worth a small fortune! Wonder what this one-of-a-kind autographed item is?How lucky Ms. Murray is to have had the opportunity to meet all of these famous people...I do so envy that! I'm dying to know who she has acknowledged in books three & four of this series. How she has managed to even get that close to these 'Big-Shot-Celb's' would make a wonderful novel in itself...Something I certainly would love to know more about!" "Forbidden" is a Romantic-Mystery that kept me awake for two nights reading, I was that involved with the story. I was late for work two days in a row! There are so many colorful characters to choose from as your favorite in the four book series. So far, my favorite is the sleeper in the plot. Genna Matthews. Beautiful, but wild and zany best friend of seven years to Nouri Sommers (who is the main character in the Lambert series.) Genna and Nouri had met while attending the Fine Arts Academy in Boston. She has a dark side that Nouri isn't aware of. Her secret passion is Charles Mason (the best private-eye in the country) and her favorite pastime is to settle a score! Nonstop action, intrigue, mystery, and romance that left this reader longing for more! Looking forward to book three!

Summary: Do Yourself A Favor & Read This Series...It's A Blast!
Review: I am having so much fun reading the 'Lambert' series by Victoria Murray. Nonstop action, fun, and heat! I admit the editing in this series (so far) has left a little bit to be desired, But, Who Cares! The plot more than makes up for it! The story is so unique, a romantic mystery like no other I have ever read before. I truly love this new writer's style and I think in time she will be right up there with some of the bestselling writers of today! I am certainly looking forward to book 3 of this series! And after reading Thief of Hearts and Forbidden I know you will also be anxious to get your hands on the next book too.

Review: The on-going Lambert saga just keeps getting better and better! I love this series and I love this new writer's style! (She uses a lot of oldies but goody songs in her books, and I just love oldies but goodies! "Forbidden" continues the one unimaginable week in the life of Nouri St. Charles Sommers. A young woman that impulsively jumped into marriage with a man she knew absolutely nothing about prior to marrying him. Now, two years later Nouri suddenly realizes she married a man that is as mysterious as he is ellusive and she is unhappy. Longing for answers to so many perplexing questions Nouri is forced to bring several men back into her life to help her out (she has her reasons) something you'll have to read about yourself - anyway, as the story unfolds Nouri's life is about to change forever. Nonstop action, thrilling romance, and just the right mix of mystery, keeps the reader glued to their chair as they follow Nouri through her day-by-day account in her 'ONE WEEK" from Hell! I am so looking forward to book-three of this intriguing series! I think Ms. Murray gets better with each new book she writes...

Once more Ms. Murray offers a book abounding with much mystery, suspense, intrigue, and (what she is so wonderful at) romance! If you ever want to read a book that will get you in "the mood," read Ms. Murray's works. Another great book by a talented writer who I believe will be a very well-known author within a very short time. As I've said before, move over Danielle Steel and Mary Higgins Clark - Ms. Murray's coming your way!

Review: "Forbidden" by Victoria Taylor Murray is the second book in the author's Lambert Series. Like "Thief of Hearts" "Forbidden" is loaded with action, intrigue and romance, as the on-going week from HELL in Nouri Sommers life continues to spend out of control. In this, the second visit to Lambert, several more key characters are introduced to the series adding to the suspense of the overall intended plot of the story. Each book has its own story line, but all four books are tied together for one grand finale... The characters are believable. Some of them the readers will love while on the otherhand some of the characters the readers will also hate. The dialogue is modern and very much today. And, the plot full of twists and turns. Very suspenseful and quite intriguing. A most appealing combination! John Savoy

Summary: Superb Cuisine of Suspense and Seduction
Review: What more can anyone say after so many rave reviews? Victoria Taylor Murray has achieved what so many writers only dream about--readers who love her books and want more. This series is the kind of reading you savor for that get-away time at the cottage or long train or plane ride, and if you are lucky enough to go on a cruise, having VTM along to read is another bit of wonderful entertainment to enjoy. As other reviewers advise, the best treat you can give yourself is to buy the entire series so you don't have to wait, as everyone else did, for your next novel to come out. Thank you, Victoria, for giving us a romping good time. Now, how long do we have wait for another series like this one? Not long, I hope.

Review: I had a wonderful time connecting the four books that make this series. I liked the characters a lot! I was like most people who have read this on going story line, I hated to see it come to an end but will be on the lookout for more books by Ms. Murray to hit the book stores. If you like to have fun while you read then you just have to read the Lambert series by Victoria Murray! You'll be glad you did!

Review: I'm always on the lookout for fresh, new authors, and Victoria Taylor Murray not only has a fresh voice, but what she writes is hot, hot, hot. I borrowed Forbidden from a friend, and after reading it, have ordered all the books in this series. I love the characters, the mystery, the dialogue, the whole works. Mini soap opera? Hell, yeah. Better than Dynasty ever was. Tired of same-old, same-old? I suggest you try Ms. Murray. She's one author who's headed for the top!

Review: The Lambert Series by Victoria Taylor Murray should be a MUST READ on every romantic suspense lovers next Amazon book order. I have read the four books that makeup this super fun series and I absolutely LOVED each and every book in it. My favorite characters are usually the bad guys but to tell you the truth I loved both the good guys as well as the bad guys. My very favorite character was/is Gabe Baldwin. I only wish men like this fella were real and not pretend! I'd give my left...well, you get the picture, yes? Buy the first book and read it and I promise you that you will hardly be able to contain your excitment while waiting for the next book to arrive in the mail!
