Rating: Summary: Excellent Read Review: An excellent read. I have truley enjoyed reading Brenda L. Thomas's books. I cannot wait for when she writes another novel. I have enjoyed all the characters in this book. I love the excitement, and how well Sasha has progress with her business. My favorite characters are Phoenix, and Trent. Great piece of work ...keep it coming!
Rating: Summary: Dancing With Wolves... Review: Brenda L. Thomas is a prolific writer and I look forward to her next novel. Her novels are entertaining with just enough sexuality to keep you turning the pages.Sasha Borianni has established her company, Platinum Imagines, into a top public relations firm. And with her savvy business skills and take charge attitude, she has garnered top clients. But in the process of juggling business and pleasure, Sasha becomes entangled with four different men each with their own agenda. To make matters worse her ex-boss and lover, NBA Supterstar Phoenix Carter, is being blackmailed by another one of the men in her life. What is a woman to do? I loved Fourplay. And I expect Brenda's next novel to be just as entertaining. Anita Shari Peterson Talented Tenth Reviewer
Rating: Summary: Entertaining Read Review: Brenda Thomas is back with her latest novel Fourplay, the sequel to Threesome. Sasha has started her new public relations firm Platinum Images, in doing so she finds herself juggling more then she set out to. Phoenix Carter resurfaces needing Sasha's help to clean up the damages his gambling addiction has caused. Jordan Ashe a bank executive would like to take care of more then just business needs iwth Sasha. We also have Trent, Sasha's ex-boyfriend who is interested in rekindling the love they once shared. As if that is not enough men for Sasha to handle, she finds herself in some compromising positions with financier Lyor Turrell who offers her an opportunity to obtain a huge contract for Platinum Images. Fourplay, although an entertaining read, did not compare to its predecessor Threesome. Sasha Borianni appears to have a good head on her shoulder for business, but her personal life leaves much to be desired. The men in her life were able to use her body for their sexual gratification with out much regard for her. The sad part is this didn't seem to bother Sasha. I was really looking for that one bit of excitement that would keep me reading nonstop until the very end. I am the type of reader who once I start a book I must finish it. However, this book did not pick up until near the end. (...)
Rating: Summary: An Awesome Sequel Review: Fourplay is the sophomore title for Ms. Thomas. This is also the sequel to Threesome. Fourplay continues the story with Sasha Boriani, who in Threesome was the assistant to NBA player Phoenix Carter. Sasha has returned to Philadelphia to open her own public relations firm Platinum Images.
With the opening of Platinum Images and increasing her responsibilities, she has also increased her MANpower. Number one, is Jordan Ashe a bank executive who is the love of her life for the moment. Number two is ex-fiancé Trent, who returns wanting to just be friends. Number three is her ex-boss and ex-lover NBA Basketball star, Phoenix Carter, who returns seeking Sasha's professional assistance in making his name shine in the public eye, and saving his career in the NBA Number four, is wealthy financier, Lyor Turrell, whom is immediately drawn in by Sasha's infectious charm. He seeks to get to know her better. Secretly however, he is aware of her previous relationship with Phoenix. One-Two-Three-Fourplay, with the increase in men in her life there could only be an increase in drama, but Sasha has it all under control.
If the saying "use what you got, to get what you want" is true, Sasha Boriani lived by those words. She will allow nothing to stand in her way of getting the business deals she is seeking, no matter whom she must lay down with to get it.
Fourplay begins rather slowly, later in the book it begins to get more interesting. This is a good sequel to Threesome. I would definitely recommend both titles although there is still a lot to be desired. This title will not waste your time as this book can easily be read in a day

Rating: Summary: Interesting.... Review: Fourplay...the dance of sensuality is the much-anticipated sequel to Threesome: Where Seduction, Power and Basketball Collide. Thomas resumes the story with super sexy, sassy, go-getter, Sasha Borianni, on top of her game. She is part owner of Platinum Images, a public relations firm with high profile clientele. However, as much as things change, some remain the same. Sasha is still dangerously mixing business with pleasure as she did with client/lover basketball star (Michael Jordan-ish), Phoenix Carter, in the Threesome saga. In Fourplay, she dates a "safe" banker, Jordan Ashe, a boring, materialistic client who has a dark side and a mysterious Israeli executive, Lyor Turrell, who has a hidden agenda. The foursome is rounded out with unresolved issues dealing with ex-fiancé (Trent) and the drama is compounded even more when Lyor attempts to blackmail Phoenix. Although the author attempts to portray Sasha as a savvy, smart entrepreneur who jets across the country to handle her business; this reader noted that she earned her major contracts after she performs sexual favors with her key clients, leaving one to question what true "business" skills Sasha possesses. She continually leaves common sense unchecked at the bedroom door and usually ends up used and abused by all of her lovers in some way. The author depicts her flaws in this manner to show a human, vulnerable side to a woman whose outward appearance would lead people to believe she is in total control and has it going on. We see her worry about her son, grieve for a father, and suffer debilitating panic attacks that seem to be curable largely with sex and Paxil. Reading between the "sexcapades," I found the plot (which mainly consisted of Sasha juggling her lovers and sexual desires) to be weak and somewhat of an afterthought mixed in between the numerous sex scenes. While I really enjoyed Threesome, I found Fourplay somewhat dull. However, if you are in the mood for mindless, light erotica then Fourplay could prove to be satisfying. Also, I think Fourplay will also prove to be more meaningful and pertinent to readers if Threesome is read first.

Rating: Summary: OK, Slow at Times Review: Here's Sasha again taking care of business...if that's what it's called. Fourplay wasn't as good as Threesome. This novel wasn't a surefire page turner as Threesome. After reading, I now wonder if Sasha really had wonderful business skills or was it the sex that got her big clients? In this book Sasha is about 42 yrs old and still has it going on, so I'm not mad at here.
Fourplay didn't really get exciting until nearly the end and didn't have as much sex in it as Threesome.
What I don't understand is how Sasha didn't know who LT was since such a woman of the world. Maybe the sex impaired her thinking. I wish Brenda L. Thomas would have written the wife more into the storyline.
I'm not totally satisfied with Fourplay, but how can you not read the sequal when the first book was good?
Rating: Summary: fun story, Review: I found this story fun. I like this writer and will check to see if she has more books out for me to enjoy.
Rating: Summary: Sasha strikes again Review: I loved how Sasha transitioned from a secretary to a personal assistant to owning her own company . . . it showed that you can do anything you put your mind to. Another thing I liked about this book was aside all of the things she went through and the fortune she acquired, family always seemed to come first. The one thing that bothered me is how she put herself in the same situation that started all of her troubles in Threesome (a love triangle). Three men whom she liked in different ways. But only one she truly was in love with.
