Summary: A VOLUME RICH WITH ILLUSTRATIONS
Review: According to Webster's, gnomes are "dry, wizened little old men." Not so! They are irresistible ruddy cheeked playful little individuals who have amazing adventures.

To prove this see "The Complete Gnomes." Composed of the extraordinarily popular Gnomes and Secrets of the Gnomes, this enchanting volume is rich with Poortvliet's beautifully detailed illustrations and filled with gnome news - the gnome who knew Rembrandt relates some tasty tidbits.

What a happy book!
