Review: As a teacher in the area of Katie's Church, I have often heard of the legend but didn't know much about it. I know many many students in our high school like to venture out to Katie's Church during those lazy hot nights of summer. The fall chill around Halloween brings out the kids too. I know there is a very real local fascination to the place. I knew about the church but really didn't KNOW the legend in detail. Ms. Flick certainly enlightened me!! I was absolutely engrossed in the story and Ms. Flick's prose pulled me in and kept me there!! I couldn't put the book down!! The turns, twists, the expectation of the story, all work to keep the reader constantly wanting more. The story is a legend - maybe true, maybe not, however, as I read the book, the story came to life in a very real way. I thoroughly enjoyed this read. To take a legend like Katie's Church, a local legend, and make it into a book that makes you a part of the story, Ms. Flick certainly makes you feel like it could/did happen in any small town in America. It's definitely a great read for somebody who enjoys this type of genre. I give it a terrific recommendation. Read it, you won't be disappointed.

Summary: A personal Favorite
Review: I loved your book. I got it as a present personally signed by Ms. Flick. I read the book in less than two days. I could not keep my hands off of it or my mind from thinking about it. Once you start reading it, it is easy to follow. It kept me at the edge of my seat wondering what was going to happen next. As a native from the area the story of Katie's Church always caught my attention. Though I understand that this book is a work of fiction it made it so much more interesting being able to have a correct mental picture of the place. This was a wonderful book, well written for teenagers and young adults looking for an exciting adventure. Keep up the good work and I hope to see more books from you in the future!

Review: This book is one of the best books i have ever read. It is an easy read but it grabs you in the first paragraph. Ms. Flick has given new life to an old ledgend. The real Katies church is close to my home and everyone has heard the stories, this is by far the best one i have heard even though it's fiction. read this book you won't be able to stop until justice is done. CONGRATULATIONS Ms. Flick on a job very well done.
