Rating: Summary: A book worth reading Review: After reading Presumed Guilty by Junius Podrug, I thought I would take a chance and buy his new book Frost Of Heaven. I was not disappointed in his second effort. I was instantly captured from the first page. The adventure and the description would keep anyones imagination on the go.
Rating: Summary: Indiana Jones styled Adventure Mystery Review: Causally picking up this book I began reading it with a lukewarm attitude. 36 hrs later I had finished it thoroughly delighted. This story captures the reader and pulls you along with the "pre-brave Indiana Jones" into a rollicking never-a-dull-moment tale that leaves you satiated. I wondered how much was fact and will pursue non-fiction about some of the story settings. To boot- there were several laugh-out-loud scenes that took me by surprise. I couldn't wait to get back to my laptop and share this recommendation with others!

Rating: Summary: Religious Implications Review: I absolutely loved this book. It reminded me of an Indiana Jones-type adventure with plenty of romance. Replete with Tibetan history, mountain climbing and religious zeal, this one is an all-nighter.
Rating: Summary: High Adventure & Suspense to Spare Review: I picked this up in the Chicago Airport to read something while traveling. I couldn't have picked up a more perfect book for the time. You totally felt like you had visited the exotic locales through the Author's descriptions. The story centers around finding the true origin of man, which means different things to the different characters in the book. The Author's creative imagination makes the fictitious theory almost plausible. I especially liked Peters adventures in Calcutta where the descriptive imagery was among some of the best I've read for creating a sense of place. I also found Tashi's experiences living the life of a human goddess fascinating. The only gripe I have is when the parties finally reach the sacred object they are desparately seeking, I had hoped the Author would have revealed a few more of the secrets the object contained. If you love books that ooze adventure and take you to far off places, then you can't go wrong with this most enjoyable book. (P.S. To give you an idea how gripping the book is, I had a friend from another city visiting me and he saw the book, began reading the first few pages, and I ended up having to let him take it home with him so he could find out what happens)
Rating: Summary: Junius Podrug does it again! Review: No disappointment. Frost Of Heaven is another step forward for this new author. I highly recommend this book. Please remember editorial reviewers are also paid for writing fiction. Give this book a try.
Rating: Summary: Religious Implications Review: This bookwas definitely well written. I loved it the whole way through. My favorite part was the complex discussion of different religious beliefs (focusing on the creation myths of those religions). This shows research and analysis and made the book an even more interesting read.
