Summary: The thrilling beginning of a special Nightmare Room story.
Review: April is thrilled when she learns she is one of twelve honor students chosen by "The Academy" to spend two weeks during the spring on a tropical island, meeting celebrities and competing in a series of games and events. But when the kids arrive on the island, April senses that something is not right. Mysterious accidents and illnesses strike both the kids and the staff, and April uncovers evidence that someone else may be living on the supposedly deserted island. The other kids on her team refuse to listen to April. They just care about being the team to win the $100,000 prize. April's on her own, and an ancient evil filled with a thirst for revenge is out to get her. This book starts off the Thrillogy, a special three-part story arc from the Nightmare Room series. I highly reccomend this book to fans of the previous book.

Review: Fear Games is a great book! It's about this girl named April Powers who gets an invitation in the mail that says she gets to go to an island where nobody lives. She and 11 other kids will get to compete in games. The kids will split up into teams and the team that wins the most games gets $100,000. When April gets to the island, she finds out she's not supposed to be there but she ends up going. For some reason, weird things start happening and everyone blames April. There are two more books in this trilogy. You'll never want to put this book down!

Review: This is the best book I ever read. I entered acontest and I won this free book. I read it two times already. But this story continues on with two more books. The second is already out in stores called What scares you the most? Well, this book is about a girl name April Powers that has been chosen to be in an island with eleven other honor students for a competition called the Life Games. When she was put on a team weird things started to happen. everyone thinks April has magical powers. But she doesn't have magical powers some evil spirit is making her have magical powers. One day, after they won the third competition they were stranded on an island. So that where the second book comes in. If you want to read this book, I totally recommened this book. I think R.L. Stine is the best author for horror and mystery books. Trust me I read almost all his book. Hi R.L. Stine if your reading this!

Review: Well, I've learned from the first time I read an R. L. Stine book that I wouldn't be scared by this "teen-horror" author. But, just because it doesn't scare the heck outta us doesn't mean its not a good book. Even horror-master Dean Koontz will often throw out a book just as scary as Stine's... but anyway. This book . . . is just about like all of Stine's books... only with a hint of Survivor in it. But its far more than meats the eye. When i first got it i was soo thinking a copy-cat story line going with the Survivor TV Show (and im sure thats where Stine got the idea for this book) but it turns out to have a twist-a-plot that is rather entertaining. I suggest buying this book, but remember, its TO BE CONTINUED, so buy the whole 3some at one time.
