Rating: Summary: Cassadaga: Spring Break Review: An interesting insider's look at Spring Break with all it's craziness. I had never heard of a town of spiritualists called Cassadaga, but after I checked around on the web I found it really does exist. Now after reading about it I think it would be a cool place to go and visit. It is a cleverly written book. Never a dull moment as it is almost breathless in the telling. I was very impressed with how complex the characters and the situations were. I don't want to give the plots twists away because there are so many. And the author does manage to pull them all together in a believable way at the end. I thought it was a very entertaining read for anyone looking for a scary and often times funny story that will keep them absorbed from beginning to end.
Rating: Summary: A Book I could relate to ... Review: Here is a book I could really enjoy. As a former college student and a participant in several spring break festivities over the years, I could relate to the goings on in this novel. It brought back a lot of great memories. The author brings an economy of words and a truckload of fresh ideas to his work. I found all the events in this novel to be unusually grounded in reality, which is a rare to find in the supernatural genre. I look forward with anticipation to this author's next novel.
