Summary: Sacred Ground, by Leonard J. Freyer
Review: Sacred Ground has a great story! I loved the idea of a family moving from the city to the country and finding a new home with a lot of baggage. The weaving of the past and present was done smoothly, unlike some books I've read. The author gives you just enough, but not too much, history on each of the characters to make them appealing. I found myself wanting to get to know them better, which for me is always a good sign that I have found a great read! If you're interested in a good read with an appealing story, then Sacred Ground is for you.

Review: Sacred Ground has a great story! I loved the idea of a family moving from the city to the country and finding a new home with a lot of baggage. Review: Sacred Ground was a terrific book. I am a slow reader but I read this book in 2 days. It is a real "page turner" with a lot of excitement. I could not wait to get to the next page. The author made this story interesting by combining the past with the present. The characters were so interesting that I felt I knew them personally. I also learned a lot about our indian heritage and how they were robbed of their land. What happens during the present time will hold your interest and surprise you. The was definately one of the best books I have ever read. OPRAH WOULD LOVE IT !
