Review: This is a work of fiction. I hasten to point this out, because the publicity material on the author's website could lead one to believe that this book is a survey of online therapy. The author is not an expert on online therapy, she is a mystery writer. Her knowledge of online therapy seems to have been copied from the popular press and one or two popular websites. It's a good story, but that's what it is: a story.
