Summary: whew dont read this one in the dark!
Review: This has got to be one of th scariest books I have ever read. The story revolves around a woman named Marija who has basically a normal life with her boyfriend until she begins hearing voices, seeing things, and having bad dreams. There are some incredibly gory moments in this book, so the tender hearted be warned. One of the creepiest scenes is when Marija is called into her boss's office to get yelled at, her boss slowly begins to speak gutterally and his eyes turn red and she gasps and says ""M--Mr. Wellesby?" And he replies with an horrible grin: " Oh shut up you ignorant @*!!" Basically the jist of the story is that Marija is being pursued by Satan/Demons. The only problems with this book are the terribly gruesome sex-violence scenes (they are really too explicit) and the fact that the book doesnt really explain why she is beingpursued in the first place. But you want a scary read this is it! Being a woman and all I have trouble saying this, but to have a woman write some of the scenes in this book are a little disturbing to say the least! By the way the book is worth trying to find when out of stock. I got it from a second-hnd book store.
